Most instructions are in Chinese as well as all the youtube videos I watched, Once I thought i was close to loading the software and changed the language to English. Only to find all the settings still in Chinese. I am so frustrated and was really excited about this printer, I was authorized a return, but UPS wont take it because there is still ink in the bottles that I have no idea how to remove. Completely disapointing. I reached out for help anddid receive any coorespondence. I feel like over 2k is lost.

Perfect for a beginner - great instructions on set up, easy to use and prints great! Highly recommend if your are just starting out. As with all DTF maintenance is key but easy.

I tried this printer as a gamble since it had no reviews. There was a few times I was thinking I wasted my money and wanted to throw in the towel. Got it working well and love it! I gave this printer 4 stars only because the thumb drive for the software is all in a foreign language and doesn’t look anything like what the video shows. I was able to connect it to my cadlink though so that was exciting I spent all day trying to deal with the rip software it just wasn’t working. The printer itself works great after set up. I’ve had it set up for two days and have probably printed 20 feet off the roll. I love that it warms up the ink so it doesn’t move around when the film is picked up. I had converted an epson 8550 and it was a constant headache of head cleaning and the head scraping the print this one I have not had an issue I’ve printed so much and not needed to throw away any prints this far. It prints beautifully. After the software frustration I definitely do recommend.
