Pro's: - I really like the closure style on this file organizer. My last file organizer in this style (from another company) had your standard plastic buckle and the plastic tongs broke within the first week. So far, this has not been an issue with this closure and I do not foresee that to be the case. - At first I didn't think it would be large enough to hold all of the paperwork I bring with me on a day to day basis because of the size comparison with my previous file organizers. With that being said, it holds 300 pages comfortably and I don't think I'll ever have the need to test its limits of 1000 pages, but I think it is appropriate for most uses. - I didn't know it was waterproof when I ordered this, but given my field this is an unexpected bonus! I like the zipper style and the texture of the exterior of the file organizer makes sense with the knowledge that it's waterproof. Con's: - The plastic file folders seem a bit flimsy and thin, I do think at some point I will have to replace them. In addition, the plastic from the folders does not reach all the way to the bottom, which could be seen as a positive or a negative, depending on how you view it. It could be positive because this means no file has a limited space and they can stretch to fit the amount of paperwork you're going to be putting in it. Negative (and this is for my purposes) is that the files themselves are already flimsy and I feel like not having that bottom support could further impact the structural stability of the folders. - The outside texture of the organizer is prone to collecting crumbs. I can see how it would be useful if necessary for outdoor uses where you would want to avoid it getting wet, but it collects lint and crumbs way too easily. Not a dealbreaker, just knocks it down a peg if you're going for professionalism and show up with a file organizer covered in lint. - I was excited when I saw the outside pocket because it would be handy for paperwork I'd like to keep within reach, however a standard 8.5x11 paper does not fit within the pocket (as pictured). Overall, I am very happy with this file organizer. I do suspect I will need to replace the inside folders themselves at some point, but that (and possible zipper failure) are my biggest concerns, the rest is just nitpicking. I would recommend this file organizer to others, especially those who work in a field where you need to have access to your paperwork in varying weather conditions. ... show more

The briefcase itself seems durable, in all, it's a good product. But the entire purpose is for organization. How can I keep it organized if I can't even see the LABELS? Smh

    • Large number of "pockets", dual zip closure that's lockable; Resisted direct butane torch flame.
This is a nicely-made sturdy case for permanent records. There are 24 brightly color-coded pockets, and a zipper-type closure with two zipper pulls that can be locked together; a large flap with a clip closure goes over that. The handle feels like a kind of rubber, but it's fairly firm. The ends of the handle pull out from the end holders to make more room for one's hand to make carrying it more comfortable; they push back in to make it a bit more compact to save space. There also are some card-stock inserts for the tabs, if labels are desired. It also resisted a direct flame from my butane torch, and resists water pretty well. So it's all in all a pretty nice case! It seems sturdy and will be great keeping my important doc organized. The only issue is the letters are not visible when you slide them in the tabs - color on tabs too dark to clearly make out the letters.
