Very pleased with the oven! First, it arrived super fast (much earlier than we expected). So we couldn't wait to install it. My husband and I spent a little over an hour to put it in, process was simple but the space we had to work with was very tight (I guess this happens to all built in wall oven). After installed, the flame was strong, but we did notice the glass gets warm up over time. It may be an issue for someone but not for us. We haven't cooked in it yet, but I guess we shall see this weekend =) ... show more

Unit was marketed as "new", but upon opening the unit looked like it had been repackaged. There were grease spots on the glass door. The unit also looked like it had been hit with a forklift and potentially dropped as well. The unit was packaged well and damage was a dent on the backside. The picture also depicted a unit with a fan in it, the unit that arrived had no fan. After sleeping on it I have decided to return it instead of installing it. ... show more

I am doing complete remodel, top to bottom. Ordered this last year to have in order to lay out the kitchen for cabinets for proper sizing and placement. Attempted to use it the other day. Went to cook a pizza the other day, instuctions were for 400 degrees; on pizza setting would not go above 275, on bake setting would not go above 200degrees; on roast would would.'t get above 275 degrees. Used baking thermometer to check temp. Appears that 2nd heating element on top would not heat. No matter what settings I used whether for item or temp setting it would not heat properly. Going to have to remove and replace with comparable size for the opening, probably magic chef. Once removed appears only good for the dumpster. ... show more

Very simple, practical and valuable oven. It is 24 inch wall oven. I tried to buy more expensive 24 inch wall oven at the Best buy. However, I couldn't. On time delivery was impossible there so I gave up. Finally I got this oven. I LIKE IT!
