Unfortunately after opening the box under all the safety measures of the corners it was damaged. So before placed in box it must have an an accident. But it is a beautiful oven. But we will be sending back for a refund and purchase a new one.

The box was very damaged, and was obviously dropped (probably more than once). It wasn't the UPS guy. I even helped him get it unloaded. After opening the box, sure enough, the front panel corner was badly dented. I might have kept it for a partial refund if the damage wasn't on the front, but with the front control panel loose, too, didn't want to take the chance. ... show more

This is my second review, as we now know the oven racks are just a little short of being wide enough and are unstable if you are not careful. They seem to slide on little groves in the side walls but don't fit firmly. When my wife was pulling the rack partially out to take the cook sheet off, the rack actually fell off ! They are not off much, maybe 1/16 of an inch, just enough to be unstable. This seems to be a design / manufacturing flaw, as both racks are the same. I find this pretty unbelievable, but true. ... show more

Oven arrived with a small dent to the polished metal. The racks inside don't fit properly, they are very loose. Oven takes eons to preheat. I've been without an oven for weeks and if I had any other options at all I'd send this back!

This is a sturdy, well made oven rack. The size is similar to a half sheet but slightly larger. The gaps between bars are not too narrow, so these aren’t suitable for placing tiny items, such as macaroons on top. The stainless steel material is high quality and smooth.
