The unit I got "embrace TALK" will not work if warmed up much. Works great in house. Works great in car while driving places. When air temp in high 70s and item in open air and partial sun through a window... warm not hot to touch. ERROR that it is too hot to use. Maybe all have thus issue I don't know. But I do know that it is early spring and I still have the HOT months coming...and this may be a serious problem for folks that NEED A READING NOW and don't have a way to cool it down. One star deducted for that issue alone. With that exception this is a stout and consistent unit. It gives me almost trouble free service and is both easy to read and easy to hear. Good job. The rest of the kit is of good quality or at least good enough to do the job.

My mom has been using this brand meter for a few years now and I was recently diagnosed as being a diabetic as well. I'd been looking to purchase a meter as well and finding this deal was awesome. I was able to get the meter, Lansing device and all I needed while being able to get enough straps for both of us. Glad I found it and would definitely recommend especially for the price. At my pharmacists I would have easily spent about $130 for this. Definitely worth it.
