The scarf is poorly made with a poor zipper so as long as you don’t have a heavy item it should be ok for a couple of bucks and a passport but don’t expect it to hold a smartphone as the stitching is terrible and will hang very awkwardly. It will give it away that you have something in your scarf. It’s not worth the steep price. At this rate you might as well buy a regular (and longer) infinity scarf that you can actually fold and sew it yourself. I’m sure that I can stitch something better on my own. ... show more

Been wanting something like this for a while. Going on a trip soon, hopefully, and it will come in handy. In case you are wondering, it will easily hold a Google Pixel 3a XL phone in a rugged case. For those that say you can see the shape of the phone through the fabric, they must not be positioning it correctly. Place the phone on your chest. Adjust the scarf's outer loop over it. You'll be fine. Plenty of room for your phone, and other necessary items. Don't like things around my neck, in general, but it beats toting around a purse on vacation. Especially if you're traveling solo. A little discretion goes a long way. It's a very simple scarf, but it does the job! Got it in black, because that goes with everything! ... show more

After a trip to Paris, I would highly recommend this scarf as long as you know what you are getting. It is a very thin material much like tshirt material. At this price point, you won't get luxury. This scarf probably wouldn't hold up to daily use over a long period of time, but it perfect for the occasional trip. The material is not heavy enough to hold a phone. Bought this as a summer weight pocketed scarf after loving my heavier winter weight version. This scarf is quite soft as received & assume it will only be softer after washing. I love the secret zippered pocket to keep items secure that might fall out of pant or short pockets. Great to use in place of a wristlet or belt bag to keep hands free for other tasks or to conceal some of those sometimes embarrassing feminine items in for trips to the ladies room without having to take your bag in with you. Micro pocket not big enough for phone, so barely hold a few bills. I brought this hoping it would be wide enough to cover hair if you need to enter holy sites when traveling like other infinity scarves. I will be returning.

It's really soft and warm. I like the length. Goes around twice with no problem. The pocket is cool..but like other's mentioned I wouldn't put anything like a cell phone in there. Tissue.. cash.. credit card.. disinfectant wipes.. sure. The color is a little more orange compared to my other red things.. but not so much that I will return the scarf.. it's red enough for me. ... show more

I haven't had a chance to wear it yet. I purchased this for traveling over the upcoming Christmas holidays. The scarf is very lightweight, and the pocket roomy enough for my cellphone and MP3 player. I believe it will work nicely.
