I've only use a drone a friend of mine bought once, so I don't have much experience with them. I got this from my nephew for his birthday... and I'm now regretting not getting it for myself haha. The way it takes off and lands and flies is super smooth. I really like the waypoint mode. Flying manually with the sticks, or the mode where you point it in different directions with my phone... It's not tough, but I crashed it once into a telephone pole, and another time into a tree. Just a total rookie with a thing. But with that waypoint mode, I just drew exactly where I wanted to go then it went there very accurately. Of course my 11-year-old nephew crashed a bunch of times too, but he loves it. This was my first Drone. I wanted to try to see how a drone worked before I invested in a more expensive one. I had this up and flying really quick. Cannot believe how easy it was to fly. I had a lot of wind the day I was flying it but still easy to control. I only have been able to use the remote and have not used the camera yet. Just really trying to figure out the controls so I can control it better. I did crash it into my deck but no damage at all. Highly recommend for learning how to fly a drone. I bought this drone to practice flying drones before I get expensive ones. I tried both indoor and outdoor. I had no issue indoor, but little windy day on outdoor was a bit tricky. You can however adjust the trim (remote controller has button for this) and make it stable. The best part of this drone was durability. I crashed into trees and ground multiple times, and after every single crash, as I went to pick up my drone, I was worried about how much damage it'd have. Turned out, this drone is really sturdy, it barely had any damages on the device and propeller. Overall this is a great drone that will provide hours of fun.
