Look it is asking if it is light weight and I gave it 5 stars. However, this thing is heavy, heavy, heavy. It get 5 stars because as far as I am concerned that means it is good quality and it is.

I purchased this to replace a stapler that had been "liberated" from my desk. I figured it would be harder for someone to walk off with it and not be noticed. It's very colorful, unique, and heavier than I expected, which are all good things. The only downsides are that it appears to need special staples (not the kind the rest of the office staplers use) and it doesn't hold very many. Also, because of the smaller staple size, it won't staple numerous papers together. So for the person who staples things all day, I don't think this would be the best buy. But for someone who just staples occasionally and wants a fun item on their desk, this stapler is for you! ... show more

    • Bad quality, replacement broke after being used twice
I had to order a replacement for the original that broke, and the bottom fell off and smashed after using the stapler twice. The first one arrived broken. It’s hollow and breaks easily. Disappointed with this stapler as I was excited to have it to use at work. It’s junk.

I'm going to try to super glue it just because it took forever to get here so I don't want to send it back. Update: super glued the base back on and tried to use it. The top doesn't stay closed. This thing is a piece of garbage.
