Purchased 3 back this March 2024 right away I had to send one back for an exchange. Here we are in may and all 3 do not work all 3 release to refill button don't work they got jammed up when stapling ice used WD40 . I'm the past I purchased this same style that was the reason I ordered 3 this time around it took a year for it to break down with the others I brought I even gave away to co workers.
