Easy on the hands
I do a lot of stapling that an electric stapler cannot manage because I need to get close to the edge. This stapler is easy on my hands that are beginning to show arthritis. A great product.

Pros and cons
FYI - Accommodates 80 % of a full strip. Not good for people with small hands. Bags get caught on the rotatable plate when I try to staple quickly Great for non-restaurant environment.

Works
Works fine, I haven't done anything heavy duty but it uses regular staples unlike the heavy duty ones.

Broke after 2 uses
Stapler jams easily. Sometimes didn’t staple at all. Now the stapler can’t even open up to load more staples. All of this after only using it twice. Complete garbage. It’s going in the trash after only 2 uses.

Staple issues
I want to love this. It’s ergonomic, never jams, but there are issues with staples. The standard 1/4” staples are too high and prevent the stapler from locking in place. I have a few random bits of smaller staples that fit but I’m having to guess on the actual size that fits.
