Turns out, after about a week of writing back and forth, that this model is intended only for US region, so I cannot really assess the usability of the camera. Very well-packaged and looks like durable quality plastic. It all ended there for me. The included SIM, nor my well-prepared M2M contract based SIM card do not get a signal in the camera. Went through every piece of advice on the internet (except adding an SD card, too) to get from the red light to blue, but to no avail. Customer support has not yet replied in 24h, so let's see where it'll end up and when. Unfortunately I now have to only guess what goes on around the summerhouse - so prepare in good time not to end up like me. ... show more

I bought this for the front yard.It has pros and cons its good material and not bad video quality it has 4g feature and wifi connection.I will use for sure.These features enough for me.

The media could not be loaded. If you dont like reading long reviews then keep going but if you want an honest review on this product keep reading on. This camera is amazing! I had one similar to this but this one has lights that come on when there is motion. Something like a spotlight? Anyways I know my other one didn't come with this feature. The ease of installation great and also a is a life saver for people like me. The camera comes with everything needed regardless of how you're mounting it. The picture quality is great it is very clear I am able to zoom in and out of the picture I LOVE that I can move it around and see different angles vs. The wide angle camera that just sits still. I'm able to do a 360 degree rotation with this one and also move it up and down as well so that I'm able to position it exactly where I want the coverage and if needed I can adjust the view without having to physically move the camera from where it is. It rained here and there were strong winds and my picture quality didn't change the camera is still working. I plan on getting 2 more of these cameras to have full 360 degree view around my home. Again the fact that they can be moved around from the app is a plus. The app itself is very easy to use you can set the motion detection to really sensitive or less sensitive (less is better if you have multiple animals or movement in or around your home during the day) also the night vision on this is super CLEAR! I love that even in the dark you can see details it's awesome! an SD card would be ideal but I just purchuse the cloud storage and I'm good to go. The sound on this thing is CRAZY it picks up even the lowest of voices and they can hear you clearly too. My camera is set on the 3rd floor of a house at the peak of the house so its at the highest point and when I speak through it they can hear me clearly I can also hear them as well and it's great. The delivery guys can hear me as well even with the loud truck running in the back. The alert notifications I get are great too because I'm not always checking my camera but I like that it takes clear clips of the motion it detected and you can set how long you want those clips to be as well. You can also modify alerts you receive for the camera and how frequently you get them. All in all I really really like this camera and I've bragged about it to my co-workers and family. It is definitely worth the money and the with its sleekness and quality I would put this camera in line with other top quality cameras except you don't get the really high market price with this one. Update: Elemage did email me and they said that the issue has been resolved. I can verify this since I returned the camera. Anyway, I'm glad that they reach out to me so I my review is now 3 stars. I was able to install the camera and the app successfully and was happy with the results. However after running out of the 100mb of data the camera stopped working. I then tried to add more data through the app (Elemage Cam) and it brings you to PayPal. I selected my credit card and PayPal just spins and never completes the purchase. So at this point I'm dead in the water. Lets hope the company, Elemage emails me to get this issue resolved and I will change my review. I did email them but so far, no response. ... show more

    • Good picture but bracket won't stay up
So I bought three of these cameras and so far very pleased with the picture and easy set up. I set them up easily with my smart phone and can monitor all the live footage. I bought these for each door of my house to monitor while I'm away and above my bedroom window to monitor my front yard bc I have a neighbor who keeps letting dogs poop in my yard. However I went to mount the first camera today and the bracket will not stay up. It keeps falling upside down and the picture is upside down which doesn't work for me. I haven't tried the other brackets yet but the first one I have tightened up every which way and won't stay up which is very annoying. In the picture it clearly is tightened enough fully to stay upright. I don't know if just this particular bracket is just dysfunctional as I haven't tried the other two as of yet but looks like I will be returning at least the bracket if I can't find another solution to make the camera stay upright which is quite annoying considering the camera itself is great. UPDATE: None of the brackets stay upright. Has been a pain trying to get them up where I intended bc the camera keeps falling downwards and not catching anything. These brackets are obviously not well made so no point if you can't even point the cameras where you need to them to be! Needless to say I'm very irritated! ... show more
