I am writing an update to my previous review. The seller reached out and offered to ship an updated version of this tool free of charge. Not only did it immediately start charging when I plugged it in, it also has a display that provides an easy to read signal that the tool is charging and what level of charge it has. It is important to note that this device will not turn on while plugged in, so don't panic if you hit the button while charging and it doesnt start spinning. Overall, it cleans well, is easy to use and hangs up for storage. Thank you to the seller for reaching out! A+ This tool looked like it'd be really helpful, so I was excited when it arrived. I unboxed, assembled per the instructions, and allowed the tool to charge for several hours. The charging light appeared when I plugged it in as well as the entire time it was charging, but after hours on the charger, nothing. If you look on the site, I rarely even put a review in. I think I never did other than something negative on a swim item anyway this is so easy to use. I hate reading instructions easy to put together easy to charge. Worked on my toilet and it’s fantastic it just scrubs away within minutes and you don’t have to touch anything. It’s freaking wonderful. I haven’t done the bathtub yet but I’m a do all the floors in the bathroom. This is just a wonderful item, very easy to use and worth the money. I am in my late 50’s and. Have difficulty bending & scrubbing showers, tubs and floors. This has made my chores much easier. I love the flexible end and ease of use. You have to get used to appropriate pressure lest it pull you away . My tub sparkles after use & the shower is so much easier to clean. I haven’t tried all of the included heads, but expect satisfaction with them. Everything has worked great so far! The battery needed to charge a lot initially - but I haven’t needed to charge since with 7 or so cleanings in between. Impressed. Not expensive and working well. When I first got this product it worked great after the first charge. However, after about a year’s use (once every one to two weeks) it no longer holds a charge. It turns on for about five seconds, and then the light blinks red and it shuts off. Pretty much useless now UPDATE The company reached out and offered to send me an upgraded version of the product. The new one is nice because it has a battery gauge and several speeds on it. Right out of the box it works well. We brought this after moving across the US because money was tight and we couldn't afford the one we used to have (closer to $90). It works fine, though not tilting the full 90 degrees does make it a bit harder to use sometimes. After 2 years it doesn't hold a charge and barely spins anymore though, so don't expect it to last.
