Looks great and this scooter is perfect for me. I'm in my 65's, weigh 165 lbs and live in SE Florida where all the roads are flat. I bought this scooter last Christmas and I still use it for short errands (gym, pool, rec center, grocery shopping, haircut, bank, etc.). I love the seat and basket feature on it. Everything still works and needs no repairs. It still goes 19 mph and gets 15 to 20 miles per charge. I figure this saves money on gas and reduces wear and tear on the car. By my calculations, it costs only 1 cent per mile to charge. That compares to $0.20 per mile for gasoline. And at $400, it's a lot cheaper than a $60,000 electric car. ... show more

Purchased all the way through and really love this scooter! I originally bought it to commute in NYC. Let me start by saying that I am a woman and have never owned a motorized scooter before, and this one comes with a cushion. Out of the box, the scooter was basically all assembled. All I had to do was plug in the cords, attach the front end, and screw the front end into place and it was all done! The app is simple and easy to use. Next, I read the instructions carefully, as there are some things to avoid doing so that the battery doesn't explode. Finally, after half an hour of practicing, I got the hang of it. The scooter is well built and my favorite part is the soft cushion and the removable basket. The biggest benefit for me. This scooter is very light and can be folded. This is what I value most about it. It took me about 30 minutes to install it. I put it at my yard and installed it quickly. The pre-configured battery power is still enough. Yes, I tested it and it was very powerful. I charged it to full charge the next night. On the weekend, I took it to the beach to really feel all his power with my family. I must say it’s true. I am very satisfied because he has a chair. Sitting on it improves the comfort and he does not need to stand all the time. I am really happy. We played at the beach for a whole day and the battery was not completely used up. The scooter was easy to assemble and use. I initially had problems trying to connect the scooter to the app. I tried for a day. I mistakenly downloaded the app from the Google App Store... Do not do this! After contacting tech support, they pointed out my error and instructed me to follow the QR code in the manual to download the app. I went to a page where I needed to download and then install the app from the downloaded file. Once installed, the app quickly connected to my scooter. It has been working perfectly fine until now. We are very happy with both the speed of the scooter and the other accessory units. Easy to assemble, came fully charged, a lot of bang for your buck. We have rented scooters in lots of cities, and these are very capable and user-friendly. Highly recommended! Best part has been the company’s support - we damaged one of the scooters (our fault, not theirs) and the company was quick to respond with parts and repair advice.
