Included in the box were protective covers for each shoe, heel inserts and a cute little rose. These are good looking, low heeled pumps. I no longer buy leather, so it's difficult to find nice looking pumps. These fit well, the navy color is lovely and they came beautifully packaged with heels guards and comfort pads. Very pleased.
