The fabric is soft, although it is a synthetic so not very absorbant to put on if you're damp after a shower. The zipper goes the full length of the front so it is easy on/off. I love this Ekouaer Zipper Robe! I use it every single day, after showering. It is so easy to grab, throw on, and zip up. It's not to hot, bulky, or restricting. I love that its short enough, and has short sleeves so that I can move around, continue to fully air dry, and apply my body moisturizer while wearing it. I keep it on while doing my makeup, and hair because getting dressed is always my final step of my whole "getting ready" process. It fit true to size, and I'd say everything was as described, except for the waffle knit part... I could be wrong, but this isn't what I consider waffle knit...I'd classify it as rib knit. Anyway, the pictures do show you what it looks like. Lastly, as if I didn't say enough about how much I love this little gem, it is also perfect to travel with! I just got back from a beach vacation, and this robe packed up so nicely, taking up very little space, and it was just extra convenient for me to have there. My family of 4 had 1 shower to share for the week, and it was nice to be able to throw this on, and leave the shower area for someone else, while getting ready at my vanity. I'll be getting more in different colors to use when this one is being washed, and maybe to keep in my travel gear:) ... show more

Loved the feel of the robe, but omgosh I bought size XXL (and a 3X just in case). It came around my body with about a 6 inch gap. No way!! I also ordered a 3 X and wonering if even that will fit. Yes, I am heavy and only 5'3" but figured an XXL would fit. Most of my clothes are 1X. So strange, I ordered the exact same robe in XXL and 3X. The XXL arrived the next day. the 3X is not arriving until end of April or beginning of May. Same robe ordered in 2 sizes, yet one arrives the next day and the other takes a month.
