I am a perfect size 8 and the 7.5 (US 7-8) fits as expected in length-wise but they seem to be wider than expected. As I wear them, I am concerned they will stretch and become even wider. The top of these slippers are made of a fuzzy fleece fabric. The anti-slip rubber sole means they can easily be worn outdoors. There is a minimal amount of padding in these slippers, which takes some getting used to if you, like me, are used to memory foam. But, that seems appropriate for the retro vibe these have. I love the color of the smiley face on these slippers. I usually wear an 8 in shoes and the 8.5 slippers fit perfectly. They are comfortable to wear but could have used some extra cushion. I'm afraid these will wear out quickly. For now, I'm very happy with them.
