My husband purchased this tool chest. Overall, it is pretty well made. Drawers and latches work well. Wood is good quality. However, a piece of wood was broken along the front flip down piece. He did not have time to return it and get a new one sent out because he needed it for a time sensitive project. We would have returned it and requested a replacement if we had the time. ... show more

I would not buy this again . There is a scratch on the front, it was missing a drawer pull and the top left latch will not close correctly. I ended up keeping it as it is such a pain to return

The drawers slide effortlessly and the felt lining offers some protection for delicate objects.
