I feel as if they fit a little smaller. I usually wear a size 6 and they fit more snug than my other rings. They seem to be durable and great quality. I am happy with this purchase and would definitely buy them again.

I have an issue with picking at my cuticles, particularly on my thumbs. Carrying around fidget toys hasnt really helped bc they're not convenient. I thought about spinning rings but its hard to fit regular rings on thumbs. I happened to see these and was intrigued by the braid texture. Figured it was worth a shot. Of course I had to really consciously redirect my picking to the rings over and over in the beginning but now (a little over a month later), its largely instinctual at this point. I "pick" at them instead of my cuticles sometimes though I mainly roll them up and down on my thumbs instead. My cuticles are the best they've looked in years and I'm going to buy a bunch more to have on hand. I will say that the ones I fidget with have stretched out some over the past month. They're still wearable though I would suggest sizing down if you know you're going to mess with them a bunch. The one I've been wearing on a different finger still fits perfectly bc I dont fidget with that one. I did get the wrong size initially and after reaching out to the seller on their seller page and going through the automated prompts, they did indeed send me a new set for free. I do wish they sold a multi-pack of just blacks ones though over all, couldnt be happier ... show more
