  • Great incubator!
This is an amazing incubator. Clear instructions and very beginner friendly. Easy to clean and the humidity lever stays pretty consistent. There’s no noise whatsoever. Even when the eggs are turning. Highly recommend

  • Great machine for the hobbyist! Great machine for the hobbyist!
This is a decent sized incubator for the hobbyist. I currently have 42 fairly large eggs incubating, and there's definitely room for a few more. Setup was easy...mostly common sense and referencing the manual to confirm I got it right. I have 2 similar incubators, but they're smaller and the method for supplying water for humidity differs with each. My original is probably the easiest, as it only utilizes reservoirs at the bottom of the bator, but it also requires me to check on it regularly. My 2nd one utilizes upside down water bottles and also requires me to monitor it a bit. This one incorporates a water bottle and a water line. It's a little more involved with setup, but it does a great job of maintaining the level I set....no more checking the humidity level every time I walk by and adjusting the vents / water. As for the incubator itself, it's visually decent...it doesn't look hideous on my counter. It's rather roomy and holds quite a few eggs. The turning mechanism is simple; the eggs rotate as the tray slides from one side to the other. It's not loud, but the turning mechanism is just loud enough that i can hear it and be assured it's working. Initially, I had a little trouble getting the humidity right, but after a few hours, it maintained the temp I set. My only worry with this incubator is that it uses sponge strips to receive the water that drips from the line. Anyone that's cleaned an incubator after hatching knows that the tiny bits of down that shed from the chicks get everywhere inside the incubator due to the air current. I'm wondering if the sponges will become a breeding ground for mold / bacteria? Time will tell. At the moment, this is a great machine that more than meets my small-scale needs! . ... show more

  • Works great, tons of space! Works great, tons of space!
Overall: It’s great! Specifically, Pros: -LOTS of space and you don't have to use all of it. You can add partitions how you want, so if you have different types of eggs you can keep them separate which is nice -Humidity control was flawless. It's humid where I lived so I did a dry run until day 18 where I kept it at 50%. Someone else with the same incubator said to make things easier in their dry climate they used a huge stanly instead of the included bottle so they didn't have to refill it as often which seemed genius -Heating is consistent, no hot spots, and I loved the alarm tht went off when it dropped (it goes off for humidity also) -The settings were easy to access and change. Instructions are right on the incubator in case you lose the pamphlet -It’s pretty quiet, not loud, and only needs a flat surface -Easy to clean, everything comes apart easily! -Comes with extra parts of the things that can wear down over time like the humidity tubing -Accurate day counter so you don't have to remeber what day it is -The candling light is BRIGHT and really shows everything. Don't look right at it, I did by accident and it was a doozy lol -Roomy for the hatched chicks! Cons: -The cord hd troubles where it wouldn't insert properly/all the way but it's a common cord and I was able to use an old one I had laying around and everything was fine! !!Make sure your cord works before you plan to use it!! Only four eggs didn't hatch of mine, and it was due to development stopping, so no fault of the incubator! I will definitely be using this hing over and over!!! I will update if anything changes but so fr this is the best incubator for the price with this capacity!! :) ... show more

  • Better for lockdown than incubating
I had mixed results with this incubator. On the positive side, it maintained a very consistent temperature throughout my hatches, which is one of the most important features for any incubator. I also appreciated the automatic water system once it was set up and functioning properly, as it helped reduce some of the day-to-day maintenance. Where I struggled was with the automatic turning mechanism. The push-pull style turner didn't seem to rotate the eggs enough, and many of them appeared to spend most of their time resting on the same side. I ended up questioning how effective the turning process really was, especially compared to incubators that provide a more complete roll of the eggs. The automatic water feature was a nice idea, but I found it somewhat difficult to get working correctly at first. Once it was dialed in, it helped with humidity management, but there was definitely a learning curve. Unfortunately, my hatch rates were lower than I typically achieve. Across multiple attempts, I was only able to get around a 40% hatch rate at best. While there are always multiple factors that affect a hatch, I wasn't able to get the results I was hoping for with this unit. Overall, there are some good features here, particularly the stable temperature control, but the turning mechanism and water system could use some refinement. ... show more

  • Good Capacity Incubator — Easy to Use and Consistent Results
This 48-egg incubator is a solid option if you’re getting into hatching at home or need something a bit larger for small farm use. The capacity is great — plenty of room for chicken eggs and flexibility for smaller ones like quail. The automatic egg turning is a big plus. It takes a lot of the manual work out of the process and helps keep things consistent, which is important for good hatch rates. Once it’s set up, you don’t have to constantly worry about flipping eggs yourself. Temperature control stayed fairly stable during use, which is one of the most important factors. It’s easy to monitor, and the system does a good job maintaining the environment needed for incubation. The clear top makes it easy to check on progress without opening it up too often, which helps keep conditions steady. Build quality feels decent — not super heavy-duty, but definitely good enough for regular use. Setup is straightforward, and even if you’re new to incubators, it’s not hard to figure out. It works well for chicken eggs and can be adjusted for other types like ducks or quail. If there’s anything to note, you’ll want to keep an eye on humidity levels yourself depending on your environment, as with most incubators in this range. Also, it’s a good idea to double-check calibration with a separate thermometer for best accuracy. Overall, it’s a practical and reliable incubator that offers good capacity, helpful automation, and consistent performance for home or small-scale use. ... show more

  • Great!
This Egg Incubator for Hatching Eggs (48 egg capacity) is a fantastic and reliable tool for anyone hatching poultry at home! It’s easy to set up and use, even for beginners, and it does a great job maintaining stable temperature and humidity for successful incubation. The automatic turning feature is especially helpful, ensuring the eggs are rotated properly without constant manual effort. I also like the clear lid design, which allows you to monitor the hatching process without disturbing the environment inside. It feels well-made and holds temperature consistently, which is crucial for good hatch rates. Overall, this is a dependable, user-friendly incubator that makes hatching eggs much easier and more efficient. ... show more

  • Plug in connection too loose!
Won’t stay plugged in. Any movement loosens the connection and the machine turns off.
