We ordered one for our daughter and it turned on but failed to connect to wifi in any way. We decided to go ahead and go for a replacement, returned the first one, waited the 4 or 5 days needed and got a new one, received it and once again but this one wouldn’t do anything at all. So time, a teens anguish, which all know are always extreme lol anyways do not recommend. Cheap isn’t always good ... show more

So i know its obvious that the phone is goin to be dead from the trip it took to get to me. BUT, the first thing i did was try to charge it and the charger wouldn’t work.
