3.5 Carat Oval Cut Wedding Ring Set. Effinny. I am so impressed with this 3.5 Carat oval cut wedding ring set from Effinny. I had a choice of the yellow gold plated or white gold-plated set and I chose the white gold. The center elongated oval stone is a 5A-grade cubic zirconia, and honestly, it looks so much like a real diamond. It sparkles so brilliantly without looking dull or cloudy. There are a pair of tiny CZ’s surrounding the center one. The matching wedding band completes the look beautifully. Effinny says that the plating over their metal rings are thicker for better durability. The set has a lovely finish & shine. It is also advertised as non-tarnish. For me, this is also an excellent travel ring set. I don’t like taking my more expensive fine jewelry with me when traveling, and this set gives me beauty without the worry of theft, loss, etc. It is also gorgeous enough to wear every day. The 3.5-carat center faceted stone is definitely substantial, so if you prefer a very understated ring, the center stone may feel a little large. Personally, I love the dramatic sparkle and the way the oval shape looks on my finger. All of the stones seem to be securely prong-set, and nothing feels loose or poorly finished. The bands have a comfortable medium thickness, and the rings fit true to the stated sizing. Effinny also provides a helpful size chart, which makes choosing the correct size much easier. Kind of a personal observation but worth mentioning however: As I am impressed with how beautiful the center stone & the silver plated rings are, the smaller stones appear to me to be too tiny giving them a lower end, costume look. The packaging was quite exceptional. Each ring came in its own plastic zip bag and was placed inside a padded hard shell jewelry box. The set also included a pretty faux-velvet pouch and a polishing cloth. The presentation is so nice that this would make a lovely gift right out of the package if you wanted to. Overall, I think this set offers exceptional value for the price. The craftsmanship, brilliant center CZ stone, comfortable fit and outstanding presentation are definitely beautiful. If you’re looking for an affordable wedding set, engagement-style ring, placeholder ring, or travel set, I would definitely recommend giving this one a look. It is absolutely gorgeous in person!

I ordered my 3.5ct oval cut, cubic zirconia wedding ring set from Effinny and am very pleased with what I received. The ring set arrives presented nicely in a box designed to show off both rings. The main stone itself has excellent clarity and fire, especially for a CZ. It appears cut well under lighted magnification and well set - nothing feels or appears loose at all. The bands are true to size for a 4 and fit comfortably with a medium thickness. The rhodium plated brass material is a rather genius touch, because it accomplishes the tasks of both protecting people with sensitive skin and creating a more budget-friendly yet still beautiful ring that is much more attainable. This ring is easily more beautiful than the masses of fake moissanite that are portrayed as real on the Amazon marketplace but end up being CZs upon arrival. When reviewers receive gemstones and test them, we know immediately whether it's a CZ or moissanite, and this gorgeous ring is literally a fraction of the cost of most of the fake moissanite you'll unfortunately find. By contrast, you can get this ring, which is a declared CZ, and which is even more pretty. I'm literally comparing this exact ring to a 4ct radiant cut declared moissanite that didn't test as authentic, and this CZ ring has more fire and brilliant and thus more sparkle than the one trying to portray itself as superior. My point is simply that for a budget ring, this is *REALLY* well done piece and is lovely in real life, especially when the light hits it. Overall, I think the value for the price point is beyond excellent for these particular pieces. I got them to hopefully serve as pinky rings, but mine are more of a 3.5 than a size 4, which means the rings run true to their stated size measurements. The rings are both constructed well with well set stones. The rings are ultimately just really pretty gorgeous and totally wearable in real life. I have no complaints or criticisms and find this set highly recommendable to others looking for a budget-friendly ring solution or a travel ring set. : )

This is a 3.5 Carat Oval Cut Wedding Ring Set. The stone is cubic zirconia and the band is rhodium plated brass. Both rings are stunning in person and I can’t tell the difference between this ring and some of my more (genuine) expensive ones. The description does say non-tarnish so over time I hope that claim holds up. I can wear sizes between 7.5-8.5 depending on the type of metal it’s made of and the weather, basically. My hands swell in warmer, more humid, days so I will usually choose a larger size for those purposes, but I went with the 7.5 and it fit quite well with room for it spin a bit on my ring finger. The cubic zirconia stone is 3.5 carats so it’s quite large and will snag on certain things, such as my hair or clothing adjustments. I love that it’s a set and includes the matching band as well. I have a few pieces from this brand and every single one of them is beautiful. At $69 I think it’s a bit expensive for a plated brass ring; I’d expect that price for genuine sterling silver but not brass. The listing photos do not do it justice, however, and I can’t explain properly how pretty this set is in person.

I love adding new rings to my collection and ordered this set because I really liked the look of the two rings together. The engagement ring has a large, beautiful oval center stone, while both it and the wedding band have smaller round stones across the top half that add even more sparkle. The rings can be separated and worn on different fingers, but I prefer wearing mine together as a set. The stones sparkle and shine brilliantly, and the rings look very elegant on. The finish is rhodium-plated brass, and so far, I haven't experienced any irritation while wearing them. I can't speak to how the finish will hold up long term because I remove my rings when showering, doing dishes, swimming, and even washing my hands. I've found that doing this helps preserve the finish and stones on my rings. I ordered my usual size 7, and the fit is perfect. The set seems very well made, and I really like how it looks on my hand. I paid $69, and I think that's a good value for such a pretty, sparkly ring set. I would purchase it again and recommend it.

The gold plating on this lasted about a week before it started wearing off, which is about what I expected for the price of this set. I mostly bought it to try out an oval shape and to wear a cheap set on vacation. I was wearing it at the beach while applying sunscreen and in the ocean as well as while washing my hands (which is why I didn't want to wear my actual set, although real gold can stand up to most conditions).

This ring has become an accidental distraction. I keep catching myself staring at it mid type or mid teeth brushing because it's that sparkly. The two bands stack flush with no annoying gapping, which makes it a great matching pair. I appreciate that the stones don't wrap all the way around, since a full stone band tends to irritate my skin. I'll admit I can't tell real from fake gemstones, but there's enough shine here to fool most people at a glance. The size lands in a sweet spot, big enough to be impressive, not so big it looks like costume jewelry, and it covers a nice chunk of my fairly large knuckle. For the price, I'd happily buy from this brand again, and I love being able to wear it while traveling without stressing about my actual engagement ring.

I took a picture comparing this ring to my diamond engagement ring so you can see how closely it resembles a real stone, and they look identical. Same clarity, same shine, and the gold plating on this set is a true 14 karat. It's a gorgeous wedding set overall, and fits true to size 6. The bands stack together really nicely with the same pave stones on both of them. The edges are squared off with a sharper corner and that adds to the modern design. There's also a support Halo on the underside of the Center Stone that gives it extra security. I like that this set comes with its own beautiful holding box, a velvet bag, a cleaning cloth, a silver seal bag to prevent oxidation, as well as a resizing spring that can be cut to size to make the rings fit if they're slightly too large. All in all a great package and this will be wonderful to wear on vacation or anywhere that I don't want to bring my real engagement ring.

I absolutely love this this set. It's so stunning, I get so many compliments. Its a nice size without being like too massive and fits true to size also. It does lose the plating quickly but thats to be expected based on pricing. LOL It's perfect for if your traveling.
