This oval cut engagement ring has honestly replaced my real wedding ring for everyday wear. Living in humid South Florida, my fingers swell constantly depending on the weather, and between that and my thicker gold wedding band, wearing my real set every day started becoming really uncomfortable. This ring looks so realistic that I think my husband sometimes forgets it’s not the actual diamond ring he gave me. The sparkle is beautiful, the gold looks high quality, and overall it truly resembles a real diamond ring. The only thing I would suggest is offering smaller stone sizes than 3.5 carats. Personally, I think a 2.5 carat option would look even more realistic. love the ring!! only issue is, when i was shopping around, i was originally trying to go for the silver ring but anytime i checked, it was never available. so i did end up going with the gold, and it’s gorgeous don’t get me wrong but i had really wished the silver was available when i was looking. i looked for about two weeks and it was always unavailable. the ring is gorgeous and fits perfectly, no turning finger green. i’ve had it for about a month now and it’s still looking very good! ... show more

The ring is larger than the size marked. I am a true 4 and the ring does slide around but they’ve included a ring sizer in the box, which is considerate. The stone is substantial and when I opened the box initially, I wasn’t sure it looked real. As the day has worn on, however, I find I am enjoying this ring more than I thought I would. I got the Effinny ring after having a horrible experience with Everly Rings (Apparently Owned by East West Gem Co). Let’s just say, I am SO happy that I got the Effinny Ring. The band material of the Effinny is thick, sturdy, and feels like real metal. The Everly brand ring feels cheap, thin, and feels almost hollow or plasticy. Also the Everly brand ring came with scratches all over and a gouge at the bottom of the bands like they had been worn. The effinny ring’s center stone looks much better than Everly ring’s stone as it has less bowtie and more facets. Overall, the Effinny ring is cheap, better quality, and better looking. DO NOT BUY EVERLY RING. Just get the Effinny Ring. You can thank me later. I got this ring because I wanted something that looked just like my engagement ring, but to travel with. It fits the bill.
