This is such a cute little set. It's really fun for kids to circle what you want to eat and is a good math tool with adding up the prices. The food is sturdy thick cardboard and there are a bunch of pages of the money.

My kids loved playing with this set and they are between the ages of 6-11 years old. The food and plate pieces are sturdy cardboard with a laminate cover it would be very difficult to bend them. It also comes with a waiter/waitress receipt book it has all the menu items and cost on the sheets, you mark what your customer orders and then add up all the cost of everything and fill it out the total at the bottom, it has 2 menus that are laminated, the money comes in 1's 5's and 10 dollar bills. It helps kids to do real life math, addition, and subtraction with adding up the total cost, deducting the cash their given from the total cost. I think this is a great little set for homeschooling, pretend play, adding and subtraction. Just a great little set and it doesn't cost a lot! ... show more
