I like to make my own soaps and I bought this because I like aloe. I mix this with tea tree essential oils and it makes a very nice smelling soap. It is easy to use - I just break it up in pieces then microwave it for a minute, take it out to stir it, then microwave it again. I keep doing this until is has completely melted. Then I add the tea tree oil, mix and pour into a mold. It makes a pretty aquamarine colored clear soap that isn't harsh on my skin. My nephew loved it so much that I had to buy more. I think it is good value for the money, too. I'm not sure it's moisturizing but it isn't drying, that's for sure.

I bought this to make my own breastmilk soap. It has a strange smell, but other than that no complaints. It melts easily, and dries fast! So make sure you’re working fast. This is very beginner friendly. I had no idea what i was doing and made the cutest soaps. I added my own lavender essential oil (along with the breastmilk) and it set just fine.

This is a nice soap base for your hands or body. The smell is very nice if you like a soap with a smell that is not added in by you so you don't really know where it came from. I really prefer to add my own scents and exfoliates but I tried this on a whim. It is not a bad soap base but there is really nothing you can do to change the scent if you don't like it. I did change the color but it didn't go true to the color I added. It just seemed to mix with the color blue I added and turn to grey.
