I like to make my own soaps and I bought this because I like aloe. I mix this with tea tree essential oils and it makes a very nice smelling soap. It is easy to use - I just break it up in pieces then microwave it for a minute, take it out to stir it, then microwave it again. I keep doing this until is has completely melted. Then I add the tea tree oil, mix and pour into a mold. It makes a pretty aquamarine colored clear soap that isn't harsh on my skin. My nephew loved it so much that I had to buy more. I think it is good value for the money, too. I'm not sure it's moisturizing but it isn't drying, that's for sure.

This item was shipped overnight so it came very quickly. It smells amazing. It doesn’t have any of the nasty chemicals in it that are in so many. It’s very soft on your skin. Was easy to use especially with the squares already made. It cut like butter. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Would order again.

I would’ve loved a bit more specific instructions on how to melt and up to what temperature but other than that great product! I bought rose molds and added cherry blossom scent and it smells and looks amazing!

The scent is okay. No matter what you add to it it will not take that scent away though. It feels great and lathers nicely. My skin feels clean without drying. It does not last very long in the shower.

As someone who has never made soap before this was a very easy and pleasant experience to test the waters. I grow my own luffa gourds in the summer so I wanted to make luffa bar soap to sell at my roadside stand and this was a great base to use. Definitely make sure to look up what temps to have the soap before you mix in your scented oils, and other mix ins. I’ve repurchased this multiple times.
