Had uneven spots when I unrolled and allowed to sit in the shop for over a week. I have had similar problems in the past with other companies so I decided it was too much of a risk to install on my dresser. I received my 24x48 veneer a day early. I opened it immediately because some reviews said it was unusable because of crappy grain, or because the end of the roll stuck to the middle of the roll. I had no problems, nice grain, nice surface, no sticky edge. I haven't installed it yet since its still relaxing to my environment. Veneer had three knots in it in a row, one of which was so bar in had to be filled by the manufacturer. This combine with the glue stuck to the front from the rolling up made me feel lucky I could find usable areas in total to do my stereo speakers. Also, about 1/2 inch down the length on the edge wasn't glued and paper backed. It did adhere well and looks good. I ordered another piece for the second speaker. Edit: Second sheet arrived, was much better. Rolled the other way so there was no marking and there were no knots. ... show more

    • Great product...needs care in packaging
I have tried several products. This was the first large format psa veneer. It will require trimming on all 4 sides due to how the psa is applied. When theyroll the veneer to ship, they fail to add just a little non stick paper to the edge. The result...is the edge of the veneer sticks to the surface..when you go to unroll the veneer it has stuck. This leaves a glue residue, which is impossible to remove on a bare wood product without risk pf damage. First order was damaged..2nd order arrived the same way. ... show more

What I like about this product, it's exactly as described. Grand sheets of walnut for any project. Bends nicely around corners. Cuts easily with strong enough scissors, which was surprising to be honest. Cleans up nicely as well. I am glad I purchased the amount I did for the project it's going on.
