My second time purchasing this! It's made very well, it's heavy duty and keeps you nice and warm. Very comfortable. I had to purchase another one because my dog ripped a few holes in my first one. It lasted almost a year though with two crazy pups so I think it's worth it! So I just purchased this comforter for a third time... my dogs "nest" so he's constantly pawing at my blankets causing them to rip. If it wasn't for him I think this comforter would hold up quite well. It does fade alot in time and after about 6 months the stitching within the comforter holding the filling in does loosen causing the filing to no longer set correctly after washing. It's the warmest blanket i have come across though and I continue to purchase when my dog shred them... I also have to wash it very often due to the dogs. So fading and the dryer catching it could also contribute to the wear. ... show more

This is the second I've owned (same size, brand, but two different colors) and it stands the rest of time. I lost the first in a move. It's comfortable and makes getting out of bed much more difficult but it's worth it. I haven't washed it yet so I can't say yay or nay on that. The dark blue shows pet hair pretty well so that's worth noting. I really like the size as I have a queen mattress but it's on a high bed frame so it's enough hanging on both sides. This comforter is awesome! Bought it for my son who has a queen. This comforter is really big and hangs off the side of the mattress which I love and find hard to find comforters like that. Nice and plush. It will be perfect for winter as it is thick, and to hot to have on now (Southern CA) The comforter is big too big to wash in my home washer. I love my sons comforter so much that I went back online in hopes to find one in Cal King (but didn't) :(. You won't regret this purchase. ... show more

I have bought three of these comforters, my younger son likes them and they match his room perfectly- but that would only require buying one. Why three then, my dogs love these more than anyone...I looked for a picture to post, but couldn’t find one. All I can say is these are well stuffed. After they get done there is a layer of stuffing everywhere...I think the dogs miss my son at college and smell him on the comforter...I think they start to dig and then boom here comes fuzzy white stuff. I am so glad that I keep being able to find them on Amazon. This time when my son left for college, I put the comforter in the closet and pulled out a matching coverlet,,,maybe three times will be a charm.
