I loved the look of this comforter, and thought Eddie Bauer quality is normally great, so it was a good deal. After putting the comforter on my bed, stringy fluff started coming out of ALL the seams, and were sticking to my sheets. I thought maybe it was just on the outside from the factory, so I washed it. Comforter did the same thing, and that's when I realized the polyfill was coming out of ALL the stitching. I had waited too long to put it on my bed after I purchased it to return to amazon. The instructions said to contact Eddie Bauer directly. I spent hours, first on their customer service chat, then they told me I had to call EB customer service because they deal with Amazon orders. That person told me she couldn't find the order number in the system....even verifying my number from my amazon account. Then they told me to contact amazon. LUCKILY, amazon customer service was amazing. At that point I was on crutches and couldn't drive to UPS to bring this king size comforter back. AMAZON customer service was amazing to me, and fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. I opted for a refund, and ordered a different brand comforter. I don't even think Eddie Bauer is manufacturing these comforters. I have several Eddie Bauer shirts, and they are great quality and seem to last forever. Shame on Eddie Bauer for putting their name on a product that was such low quality. I went back and read the negative reviews, and there are so many people who had the same issue. I'm still finding stringy pieces of that fill on sheets and clothing because it sticks so well. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I ordered one before this and it was in a air sealed bag and SO wrinkled! I took it back. This one came in two boxes..and a bag! It looks nice and doesn’t feel cheap. Bought for my teen son. I also got the moose pillow that was recommended with it.
