This EDC Metal Fidget Toy is made of a metal outside and has good weight in the hand. It consists of two halves held together with a screw. More on that later. One end has a gear that I am not sure if its metal or plastic. Spinning this gives a satisfying rachet sound. The other side of the toy has a large ball thats supposed to be able to spin but I find it very hard to spin with one finger. Grabbing it with 2 fingers, It does rotate sideways but stops as soon as you let go. The ball can also be pressed down and does make a clicky sound when doing that. The paperwork says either side of the toy can be used as a massager but I haven't really tried that at all. The toy comes in a small pouch that also includes a few repair tools. There is an allen wrench for unscrewing and opening the device. Also in the pack are a small metal disk, a spring, and a ball bearing. The disk can replace the one underneath the the big ball. This is what caused the clicky sound when the ball is pressed and I guess it can wear out. On the other side, a ball bearing and spring press into the big gear as it spins to make that rachet sound. These can be replaced with the one in the parts bag when they wear out. I'd give this 5 stars if the ball was more free spinning. But overall I still like toy and do find myself absent mindedly grabbing and playing around it .

I got this to mess with while working, and it is nice but not as good as others. At first glance it is made well, has a good weight to it, and looks nice. It fits in your hand nicely and is smooth to the touch. Unfortunately, the ball does not spin as freely as I would like (I have not disassembled it with the included tool to see about adjustment). The ball does spin freely enough that this can be used as a massage tool, which is why I give it 4 stars instead of 3. Overall, it is a decent fidget toy, and if you want the dual functionality of the fidget toy, and massage implement, than it is worth consideration.

The media could not be loaded. Really nice metalic fidget for an adult or older child. It has a roller ball that can be spun, or clicked by pushing on it, and a textured roller track on the other end. It also came wirh a small drawstring storage bag. It feels very durable and well made. My daughter really likes this and it's difference from the smaller plastic ones she's had in the past.

This fidget toy has a lot of things going for it but my overall experience was only ok. This has a little weight to it which is great. It feels good in your hand. The various activities just don't work well. There is a wheel on one end that seems perfect to spin around absently except that it was always trying to bite me. Where the wheel enters the body, perhaps the gap is a little too large or the lip is a little too sharp. Either way, it wouldn't play friendly with me. The ball on the other end had potential since it would roll and click. The rolling never seemed to be smooth and my attention was always drawn to making it roll so I couldn't do it absently while thinking of something else. The clicking is the most perfect thing. The ball presses in with a distinct click and pops out immediately so you can click it fast or slow with no thought at all. As I enjoyed this activity, I did realize that I would not be able to do that around others. If you are a fellow fidgeter, then you know tapping your finger, pencil, foot, etc. will draw attention and requestions to "cut it out". If rolling the ball or the wheel worked well, then the click of the ball would be fine, but only when there is no one else to disturb. It is a decent fidget gadget but sadly the flaws are lost potential.

None of the plastic fidget toys are ever satisfying to hold and play with for me, they all seem too cheap and just don't have a quality tactile feel. I'd love to try a fidget toy made of metal with high quality switches and whatnot on it. This sort of gets halfway there, and I say it's pretty good all things considered at the <$20 price point. The clicky wheel is a bit cheap feeling and overall it doesn't exude the fine craftsmanship I'd like to have, but it is a lot more satisfying and has a much more ergonomic shape than all the usual cubes and other traditional shapes. The ball can have a fairly satisfying tactile click, although it doesn't deliver it fully consistently. Still, for what it is and with the extra bits and pieces it comes with, this is not bad.
