Absolutely love it. Great quality wood. Well packed, chairs pre assembled. Quick table assembly, took 5 min to put legs on with supplied Allen wrench. More durable than my previous kid craft table. Sent Teamson kid Windsor set back, very light weight light compressed wood. 14" chairs are perfect for my 4 and 7 year old. They already finished this weeks homework and started on art work on their new table, with excitement!

Super sturdy, heavy, solidly built table, with extra smooth silky table top (without a trace of any finish odor, which gives us peace-of-mind). The table sits on the floor perfectly, no wobble, whatsoever, which shows us the care and quality taken in (Vietnamese) manufacturing. (We prefer U.S.A., however, cannot find any reason to criticize.) The entire table is made of real wood, [not crafted wood, made of fiber and some sort of glue (MDF), that gives off chemical smells or swells after contact with a drop of water, like a sponge]. All the wood is at least 3/4" (and thicker). The legs have solid plastic caps which allows for floor protection). The construction of the table employs some metal hardware (bolt like wood screws for the legs and table under-side) and the balance of the construction appears to have been through classic quality techniques, i.e., joinery (not nails, screws, and bolts). There is a little creak when an adult applies heavier pressure and weight to the table, but nothing alarming. The table arrived nicely packed in a flat box and we just had to use the metal hardware to bolt on the legs, in minutes. The match to the chairs, bought seperately, was perfect. (See pic). Would we buy again? Absolutely, Yes! (We also reviewed the chairs.)

I would not purchase this again. While assembling the table one of the legs split where it attaches to the table. It looks like the wood grain was weak in the area where the inserts are installed. Note I was installing the leg hand tight with the tool provided, no excessive pressure was being used. I contacted customer services and was told to go thru Amazon. I went thru the process with Amazon and was told to contact the manufacture. I re-contacted the manufacture and was told they were sorry, this form of contact was for small parts. I glued the break and placed the broken leg in the corner. The table is being used for a storage area with no risk of someone being injured. Faulty table with faulty customer service.

I bought this table in August 2020. At first I loved it. It was very easy to assemble, easy to clean and seemed sturdy. My 3 kids all have plenty of room to sit together. Unfortunately the table is not as sturdy as it seemed. The legs were constantly coming loose. I feel like I was tightening them weekly. It was such an inconvenience. We have now had this table for less then a year and 3 of the 4 legs have broken. The wood split at the top of each leg around the screw holes, making them unfixable. Fortunately my Father is pretty handy and was able to make replacement legs. At first I was only replacing the legs that broke but when the most recent 3rd leg broke I decided to replace the last remaining original leg as well. The wood I bought at Home Depot is much stronger then what the originals are made from. I'm just so disappointed that a wooden kids table this expensive turned out to be so flimsy. My advise to anyone looking to buy this table is to just go to Home Depot and buy the materials to build a table. Sadly this one just isn't worth the hassel!!

Great, high quality solid wood table with non toxic Greenguard certified finish. Plastic caps on legs help it to slide a help prevent scratching, but I would still recommend felt sliders if you're using it on a wood floor. My only complaint is that the bolts which attach the legs require frequent tightening which I do not expect at this price point, and could really be a problem for commercial (school) use. I would also love to see the legs of various heights offered separately for those of us using it in a home or therapy setting, so that it could be adjusted to fit children as they grow or to fit patients of various heights.

I got the square play table for my 16 mo. old grandson, to go with the 10 inch two chair set. Strong, good construction. color was listed as brown, but is actually a natural colored wood, same as the chairs. The legs were very easy to attach and took 5 min to put on. I used the hand wrench included to screw in the bolts, and did not have any cracking or splitting that some other people mentioned. I think they may have screwed them in too tight if that happened. Arrived quickly, well packed and in perfect condition. Very happy with ECR4Kids company!

Bought the 30 x 48 with 22" leg height for a kids activity / craft table. Plenty of room for 6 chairs if needed. Will also make a great holiday kids dinner table! Excellent quality and very durable! Really pleased with purchase.

I almost bought something cheaper but after reading some reviews about some cheap chair and table sets that broke too early I decided to invest in something stronger, cutter and more durable. And I got it! Just loved this product and I’m sure my son will have it for a long time! The only thing I didn’t like was the little pieces under the feet, they make the table slippery so we removed that and plan to substitute for something different. I also wanted the white one but it was not available but the natural is very cute too.
