Had an oops with my original crusty bumper, and needed something inexpensive to get me legal and clean. This bumper does the job. After removing my damaged bumper, this one fit up with minimal issues, only requiring a minor twist to get the receiver bolts to fit. I was able to reuse almost all of my hardware except for the receiver bolts as they were a different size thread than OEM. The finish looks great, I didn't notice any areas with a bad finish that might rust early so it should last a good while. Honestly, as a truck parts dealer, it's the best packing I have ever seen for a bumper. I only had one problem, which was the left sides plastic step plates clips had completely broken off, but the manufacturer/ seller was easy to reach and we came to a favorable resolution. Bumper looked beautiful right out of the box. Well packaged. All the hardware you need is supplied. I've read reviews that these bumpers all seem to rust so I spray painted everything underneath before installation. We'll see if that helps but it has a nice finish on it from the factory. Everything lined up even if they are tight tolerances. A second person to help would have been nice but I did it myself. I did end up replacing the collar that holds on the tube that lowers the spare tire. I ruined it taking it off the old bumper so consider ordering that but it was easy to replace after the bumper is on. ... show more

Well it looked to be an ok bumper at first, some scratches from shipping, but I painted over anyways. But then I went to install and it doesn't fit. I had to use all of my old brackets to get it to fit and I still haven't got everything completely lined up yet to bolt the bumper to the hitch. I think it fits a 2500HD maybe, idk. Also noticed it was bent on one side and had to use a BFH to straighten it out. Too late to return after all I have done, but I guess in the end I got what I paid for, just wish it was correct and better. ... show more

Surprisingly good for the price. A lot more solid than I expected it to be. Tag lights are super cheap, they were hot glued in place and broke when I removed them for paint. The plastics are missing a retainer for each end of the bumper, so I will need to purchase replacements for them. Absolutely needs to be painted, the factory coating is super thin and easily scratched, the bumper will rust easily unless coated with a better paint. ... show more
