The vanity is beautiful. Sturdy, well made, exactly as picture shows. We had a delivery issue that WASN'T caused by us, and it was not handled well. They could not accommodate for the delivery mix up or my handicap at the time. The 2 boxes may, or may not be delivered at the same time. And sending back a 99lb box and a 40lb box is quite a hassle. Terrible TERRIBLE CUSTOMER service. If you think your going to talk to a LIVE person forget it. Beautiful vanity, terrible TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please beware ... show more

The doors I originally received had horrible quality control. They looked as if they had glue finger prints all over them, the glue on the edges were all different in sizing and uneven, and the doors had a big gap between them. I reached out to the vendor and they promptly sent me some new doors after I sent them pictures of what I received. The new doors look good. The only criticism I have is that the fake sticker thing that makes it look like wood doesn't go all the way to the very edge. Or it does but it looks as if there is a thin layer of glue over top. The first few photo's I posted are of the 1st set of doors. The new doors that they sent me had the same thing with the glue on the edges but at least those are all very straight lined and even, so it looks more uniformed. The new doors also don't have the big gap between the doors, they line up properly. Good customer service. Good looking piece for the price point. Get lots of compliments on it. ... show more

This looks great for the price. It was a little cumbersome putting it together (think IKEA), but we got it done. We did have a little delay actually using it since the connections did not work with our current connections, but we managed to make them work. The vessel sink is heavy and thick, the faucet is modern to a degree. Now let's get to the vanity. Everything was marked with numbers/letters-numbers, good! We counted everything before we even started, including the hardware. Several things, first it took us about 3 1/2 hr's to redo after following the directions to the letter (which took about 3-4 hours). The drawers had one slide different that the other 3 and causes our 1 drawer to go in the vanity further than the other drawer. The drawers are half drawers; they do not go all the way to back (may have something to do with the plumbing???? It's is not installed yet as pipes don't match correctly, so figure in a plumber cost with this one as the pipe has to be raised going into the wall. The frosted doors are pretty, but do not meet in the middle, there is a small gap, however they are soft closing. The black is pretty, but I'm going to have a Horrible time with fingerprints, they are everywhere. That is going to be a real pain. As this is as far as we have gotten, I don't have anymore facts we encountered. However the plumber did say the vessel can be a real pain to install. Since we're going to have to call him out again perhaps he can help with that. I figured the vanity would be put together but every bit of everything was in pieces; had i known that I would have gone to a store and spent more money and not have to work with so many pieces, and my husband and I are intelligent people who have done many projects together with no problem. I'll give it 3 stars because I do like the look of it except fingerprints. Oh if you didn't read close enough, there is no medicine cabinet, just a mirror which I knew and wanted. Good luck, cause if your not handy, you will need it. Oh and the directions are printed rather small!!! ... show more

Sorry to say after I finally opened it, and began to set it up it was a huge hassle. After installed the sink itself began to wear, abd year a lot from when water would hit it, even after it was cleaned. Sadly the damage was irreversible.
