This echo flask arrived and I unboxed it and tried to charge it. There was some sort of glitch with the battery showing that it was trying to charge but it would not. I was going to return it to Amazon for replacement but they only provide $20 shipping so it would have cost me more to ship it back. I registered the flask on the Echo Water website then went through their defects / replacement process requiring me to send them details of the defect and provide photos / videos. I then received an email requesting further details which I provided. They then said they would send me a replacement and I didn't need to send back the defective flask. Helpfully they advised to keep the lid from the defective flask as it could be used as a replacement for the new one that was being sent. I received the replacement Echo Water flask within a week and it charged this time straight out of the box. It works well and like others have advised it needs to be recharged after 3 to 4 H2 water 10 minute cycles. The water tastes sweeter and clean after the H2 process. It works really well and the customer service was excellent. I recommend this product

Flask failed with a loud explosion during a hydrogen run. A large piece broke off and flew across the room when it exploded, spilling water everywhere and onto my wife who was sitting close to where the flask was located. We ordered the unit in August 2025 and this failure occurred in January 2026. This is the second Echo flask we've purchased that has failed this way. The first one failed with a long crack forming at the edge of the clear plastic while under pressure from running a cycle but no pieces broke off like this one did. We've submitted a warranty to Echo Water and are yet to hear back, but buyers be aware of this dangerous issue that I have seen only one other customer has posted about. From my understanding of basic physics, the rectangular shape is a major design flaw for a relatively brittle plastic shell designed to undergo repeated high pressure cycles. The corners and edges serve as a stress points that will weaken a bit more with each cycle, leading to eventual failure. It is why high-pressure containers are generally built as cylinders and spheres, not as cubes or rectangular shapes. With a flaw like this, Echo Water recommends running a cleaning cycle with hot (not boiling) water every week. They also recommend using a one-third vinegar + two-thirds hot water mixture to run a deep cleaning cycle from time to time. I can see how adhering to these cleaning recommendations with hot water and vinegar accelerates weakening of the plastic shell even faster.

I originally started with the Evolv, which is a nice product but quite small at just 8 ounces, and I wasn't thrilled about the magnetic charging required. The Echo Hydration Flask, at 12 ounces, is a major upgrade and makes it much easier to stay on track with my daily water goals. The quality is top-tier, it's beautifully made, feels solid in hand, and performs exactly as promised. The included USB-C charging cable and adapter are a nice bonus — convenient and thoughtful, especially since many products don't include adapters anymore. The app could use some improvement; it's a bit clunky and not super functional beyond letting you change the colors and personalize your flask. That said, if you're consistent about drinking water, the app isn’t essential. I deducted 1 star for the app performance. The charge lasts through 7 to 8 full flasks, which is great for daily use. I was happy to get it at a Prime Day price, but honestly, it’s worth the full price. Super impressed with the design and build. I would however expected more from the app is it's janky. Looking forward to upgrades.

Not Cheap, but almost all reviews praise this Hydrogen Bottle as the best in quality and performance, and from a company who has their product third party tested and certified to prove their hydrogen claims are legitimate, very few do that. So far I am very pleased and one of the things I really like is this bottles display screen, which not only counts down the time remaining in the cycle you are running, … BUT, ……… also displays the hydrogen ppm amount accumulating in the water, as the cycle is progressing,….Pretty Cool! Lastly, this bottle’s menu display screen has a specific “Cleaning Cycle” you can choose when it’s time for internal cleaning,…….. again, pretty cool!

BEWARE OF FAULTY WARRANTY!!! My flask’s LED lights stopped working a month after purchase. When I made the warranty claim, customer service said it wasn’t covered because the LED is not part of the “core performance functionality” and doesn’t directly impact the flask’s ability to generate hydrogen. So basically? If everything else breaks down, but it still produces hydrogen, you are considered yo have a working product. This is unacceptable for such a high priced product! The customer doesn’t pay for just the hydrogen plates, but for the entire product features, so if any of those components are not working, it should be fixed or replaced within the one-year warranty time. But IT’S NOT! Better off getting another way to get your hydrogen water!

It works by pushing electricity through platinum, and platinum is expensive, so this one and others are expensive. It’s easy to use, designed great and I trust it. And it’s working for me! It works a lot better than the tablets for me. Day 5 now and I do feel more energy. No grogginess, no stomach pains and I’ve been able to intermittent fast 16 hours between meals easily, which was very difficult before. Downloaded the app and right away it did 3 firmware upgrades, so I know they’re working on the software. I wish the battery was bigger, I drink more water in a day than it can process. I discovered I can run it while it’s plugged in and that drains the battery only a little, so I drink about 16oz from it in the morning before I unplug and take it with me to work. I wish I could turn off the light or the bluetooth to save battery. Heard about hydrogen water for decades, but never trusted the devices. I can’t easily test what they’re doing! It’s not a trusted brand name like Kirkland or Toyota, but Grant Cardone & Gary Brecka back this one, and Paul Barattiero seems legit so I trust this one is doing the thing it’s supposed to. And I do feel a difference, even though it tastes like regular water.
