I ordered this product to hopefully get my ac back up and running I replaced every component on my ac system with brand new OEM parts but my OEM compressor was way out of my budget so I ordered this one and it was bad out of the box the clutch will not disengage I did not even turn my ac on and it was spinning when I started the engine and started releasing its factory smoke so overall not happy with this product ... show more

I was skeptical because this is the cheapest air-conditioning compressor I could find. I have a 2014 Toyota FJ cruiser and figured I’d give this a shot. It was a direct Bolton. It has the seven vain belt and it plugs in to the harness. Nothing had to be modified. The description does say that it comes for the oil and it does but it is PAG 100 and from the looks of it most Toyotas run on PAG 64 so I drained the oil by splitting it and then injected 3 ounces of PAG 64 it runs smoothly provided you do it correctly and pull the vacuum on your air conditioning system. I have had it installed for the past six days and have had no issues out of it it runs smoothly. The clutch works nicely and the AC system blows very cold! We’ll see how long it runs. Your are better off just getting one from a parts store. Buy the time install it and buy refrigerant just to have it Not work . Then weeks of trying to get a refund. There website is fake. There live chat is fake and there phone number just goes to voice mail. It sucks but for a ac compressor Its cheaper just to get a good one and do everything once. ... show more
