    • Incredible shoes, better than the regular Soft 7's. Knee pain subsides with these and these alone.
I initially purchased the ECCO Men's Soft 7 Sneaker which actually appears as 'Amazon's Choice' if you search for these ECCO fashion shoes, but they did not feel as good or wide in the toebox especially. The difference in the outer material makes a big difference; these feel considerably wider. After surgery from a sportsball injury I have terrible knee pain in most all footwear, but amazingly it subsides entirely when I wear these. They're great for posture and hip and knee alignment. My hip muscles all activate when I put these on because they are flat on the bottom and without any mushy foam or cheap material. They offer the perfect amount of arch support, not too much or too little. I will be buying these for years to come, and I hope to see a vegan version as well. ... show more

This was my first time ordering shoes online (I ordered these ECCO Men's Soft VII Oxford as well the ECCO Men's Kyle Premium), so I was a little apprehensive that they would fit properly. I was happily surprised. The sizing chart was extremely useful. I cross-referenced the size chart with the one on the ECCO website to verify. The fit is snug and comfortable with good arch support (I have fallen arches so that's a real benefit for me). I live in the city so I do a lot of walking and these shoes are holding up really well. Great shoes! Just wore them all over Europe for a two week trip in 3 countries and a variety of street conditions: flat, hilly, paved, dirt, and cobblestone. Would highly recommend. Just the shoes for extended walking. And they don’t look too casual.
