I needed a power source to shred hundreds of papers located at a storage facility with no outlets. I researched how long my shredder would run on this little power station and determined about 2.5 hours. My estimate was way off. This little power station ran for 3 hours until finally the shredder overheated. It was at 75% when I started shredding and at 74% when the shredder finally needed to cool off. The power station also did not become noticeably hot with constant 3 hours of use. This was about 7-10 days ago. I went back to the storeroom yesterday and turned on the power station. It was still showing 74% percent charged. It hadn't lost any of its charge. I shredded another half a box of papers and when I turned off this little powerhouse it was still showing 74%. I am so happy! When the job of shredding papers is finished, I will still have an amazing back up power source for emergencies or other situations I may need it. I am planning to invest in the solar panel to charge this in an emergency. I purchased the EB1000. I'm not sure the review will show the specific model that I purchased. IMHO, this little power station is a great investment if you need an auxiliary power source. I highly recommend it.

Ok where to begin took 3 days of changing electric outlets to get to a full charge it arrived at 58 percent charged Would not charge im talking 24 hours in one outlet went from 58 percent to 72 im unplugged let it sit for hour put into another electric outlet another 24 hours got to 88 percent So tried again another outlet it got to 99 percent 3 days it took to charge Well power went out 2 nights ago for 5 hours .I ran one fan which is plastic I watched its percentage go from 99 to 78 in 2 hours using one fan Now its been on charger for 24 hours and still not charged to 99 percent Don't think I got a good one doubt its going to last long since it takes so long to charge and using something not that drawing power battery just goes fast

They seem to be superb great have been using 2 we got needed desperately for the kids autism home for their solar setup since electric so high an elec company ripping kids off $1000 month electric bill an kids only have literally lights for elec bill an (1) 700 watt microwave- no elec stove - no elec washer or dryer- no elec water heater. No ac air - no elec water heater within but lights an 1 micro so bought 3 more of these we waiting on now as gift to help the dusablecautism kids - great investment and fast kind. caring delivery will be dealing with them.more..

Very disappointed. I've had this unit for less than 2 days. First, the delivery process was awful. It took 10 full days and 3 blown delivery dates to get it (it was shipped via FedEx, not Amazon). I followed instructions and charged the unit to 100% before doing anything with it. I then tested various lights and appliances to see what it would run, and things looked good. That is, until I tested it on a simple pedestal fan. At that time, the charge level was 80%, and the fan worked and was drawing only 28w. Then there was a "click" sound, and the power bank went 'black'. I couldn't get it to restart. I plugged in the charger, and it lit up and showed that it somehow had plummeted from 80% to 0% charge in minutes! After 25 minutes of charging, it still showed 0% charge, so I knew it had bricked. And by the way, pass-through charging also didn't work while attempting to charge. I'm torn at this point, but I guess I'll ask for a replacement rather than a refund. I don't like that it takes up to 8 (!) hours to fully recharge on AC, when similar units can do it in a couple hours. And the display is poor - you have to get right in front of it to read the overlapping LCD characters while the backlight is (briefly) on. But it does have some desirable features and the price I paid is reasonable - although that price has now gone up. My advice? Be sure you buy from a source that allows for a refund or replacement. Use a credit card that allows you to contest a charge if necessary. And be patient on shipping time. Sorry, but I'm giving this power bank 1 star for now. Hopefully the replacement will be better. **UPDATE** I was very harsh in my original review, because I was disappointed and thought I had limited recourse, since the item is shown as "non-returnable". I'm happy to say both Amazon and the Seller stepped up and have made good on the defective power station. Both were very helpful and responsive, and I have to give extra props to the Seller, who contacted me and has shipped me a replacement station at no charge. In short, ANY product can be defective, even when brand new, and when that happens, it's gratifying that both Amazon and the Seller make sure we buyers are satisfied. We know we can buy with confidence through Amazon, but I'll add that this Seller goes above and beyond. I'll still deduct one star for the power station itself being bad, but a full 4 stars for the response from Amazon and this Seller.

This worked really well for me. Didn't weigh as much as other similar power stations. Ran my 55" TV for a little over 8hrs and still had some percentage of power left (18 %). The TV was the only device I had plugged into it during the time. Will buy a couple more for my kids room.

Just opened up the EBL EB1000 and first impression is pretty good. The box was packed really well and they used pretty much all the available space. Nothing was loose or moving around inside and everything arrived in good condition. shipping stated 5days out (Monday) received it 3 days early on a Friday. The power station itself feels solid and I like the design. Handle folds down flat, screen is easy to read, and all the ports are laid out nicely. It also came with all the cables and adapters shown in the photos. it came 58% charged, that a good safety level to have it shipped. good job there. My only complaint is the accessory bag. The zipper can open from both ends on its own, so you end up with a hole on the side like in my pictures. Definitely not designed correctly and I wouldn't trust it to hold the cables without something possibly falling out. Other than the bag, I really don't have anything negative to say about the unboxing. Everything was packed clean and tight with no loose components. So far I'm happy with it.

I live in a congestion area with many apartment buildings. It becomes more often that we got power outage from few hours to few days whenever a heatwave hits. Everybody crank up the air conditioner despite the utility company asking everyone to conserve energy. This is my main reason for purchasing a decent portable power station. This unit is shipped with 50% battery charge. It took about 4 hours to be fully charged by wall AC outlet. I like that it has two AC outputs, enough for me to plug in a fan, internet modem/router. The three type A USB ports allow me to keep other portable USB devices in charge, such as phones, USB lamps and neck fans, etc. The type C USB port keeps my laptop in charge so I can continue to work in case the power outage last more than just few hours. I read someone mentioned that the wireless cellphone charger (on top) waste a lot of energy. From my experience, my phone get very hot and stop charge more beyond about 85% by that wireless charger. So I have to agree with the other user, don't bother with the wireless, use the cord and the phone get fully charger shortly. On the side note, the first unit I received was working fine. However, I can hear (best guess) a loose screw inside of the unit. The company arrange a replacement unit ship to me right away after I share my observation with the company support. (It takes days on shipping because we are literally coast to coast).
