My spouse asembled the entire thing himself but some parts are heavy so you might want two people for part of the assembly! We found the instructions to be fairly straightforward ! If my husband was not a handyman this item was so hard to mount . The instructions don’t help at all and the item come with some broken and missing pieces . It look nice in my walking closet but was a big headache

Great Value for the money, but the directions are not the easiest to follow. If you are a handy person, you should be able to figure it out though and it makes much more sense the further you go. Based on price of similar systems and the apparent quality, I would purchase this again.

I received the package in batches over a one week period and it was poorly labelled and incomplete. The company refused to send a carrier to pick it up and they finally approved the return but I had to take 7 large boxes myself to the fedex office. I am fortunate to have a truck, otherwise they can’t fit in a car. I returned the package and went directly to lowes and bought closetmaid closet systems and it was much an easier purchase, better labelled, and easy to install. ... show more

This closet kit took about 3-4 hours to complete ! Once you find your studs and mount the metal wall bracket on it goes pretty good . The drawers weee really cool the way they assemble and are leaned to fold in place. Overall happy with the purchase. I did have a few boards damaged from shipping and one of the wood glue packs was busted all over the screws . ... show more

I bought this because the custom made was a bit pricey from the contractor quote, however this product was not what i expect, it was confusing instruction on the assemble, I never had to use that material that was supposed to go inside the sheetrock because there was not sufficient instruction how it would hold the panels, instead I used an l type metal which I screwed it on the bottom of the panel and into the stud, overall it was not worth the price, if you can DIY make some panels and iron tube for hangers and buy 3 drawers cabinet to incorporate it much easier, that I made from the other walking closet, it was good thing I only bought one of this.. ... show more

This product was used in my master closet. It was an installed by my contractor he didn't seem to have any issue with it. It comes in 7 boxes when I only received 6 boxes, I wrote the seller and they were very helpful and the 7th Box was found and sent to me immediately.
