Item came in boxes that were falling apart with pieces sticking out, and the pieces that weren't missing were either scratched or broken. There's a number on the outside of each of the boxes with a note saying to call the manufacturer for any broken or missing pieces. However, after attempting to reach them five times and leaving five different messages, no one has ever returned my call. I have had a half assembled closet organizer in a closet I can't use for the better part of 3 weeks now. The instructions are vague at best. They include templates for the drawer rails, but they don't line up properly. I pretty much just started looking at the pictures and deciding how I wanted to put it in, not the way the instructions show. If you have a closet that does not exceed the dimensions of this product, you may have trouble fitting it and have to modify the shelves or leave out parts. I measured my closet prior to ordering this and determined that the depth was just over an inch greater than what was required in the length was adequate to fit the entire piece however when I got it I could not install the entire assembly, I would have had to leave out major pieces in order to make it fit. I have since decided to modify the layout and put shelves at either corner but I still have to shorten the shelves on both ends. I have no idea how I would return this if I even could, I threw out all the boxes weeks ago, and you can see by the description that this thing weighs almost 800 lb. I don't even remember how many boxes were included, it must have been close to 10. Bottom line is, if you have the skills to put this in and modify it to fit your closet, you probably have the skills to create your own closet organizer out of wood you got from Home Depot.

There were mixed reviews on this but I'm so glad I ordered it! The instructions were pretty easy to follow and only took a few hours to put together. I wanted more space options in my master closet and boy this delivered! I'm very happy with how much storage I have now. My closet looks more organized and it's easier to find what I need. I ended up getting some baskets to help it look cute and functional. It's been installed for a while now and has been holding up great!

Very nice looking. It took me about 10 hours to install by myself because I took my time. The installation manual has left out some nouns and one of the screw locations is not accurate. The videos are the big help if I watch them all but was rushing to get it done and watch the videos later LOL.

If there was a rating for zero stars I would definitely be rating this company with zero stars. 8 boxes were delivered, at least 5 of the boxes were ripped, some even opened with parts and pieces falling out. I could see immediately that two of the drawers that came with the kit were destroyed. They failed to send me a vertical panel needed to finish the kit, along with two long shelves, two rods and one bracket. I called about the destroyed drawers and missing vertical panel and a day or two later got a call back saying I needed to take a picture of the broken drawers, still "in the box" and to email the pictures in. Then they would evaluate if a replacement part was actually needed. I looked at other reviews here and saw quite a few one stars but figured I'd take a chance. Big mistake. "The Stowe Company" doesn't care anything about customer support or even providing what you paid for. And when you ask for what is rightfully supposed to be in the kit, they drag their feet, make you jump through hoops, (I mean how in the world can you take a picture of a busted drawer while its STILL IN THE BOX??? I'm going to lodge a complaint with Amazon and if you're considering buying from the Stowe Company, you have been forewarned. I'm buying my panel and drawers from Home Depot because I don't want to deal with this sham of a company one more minute. I'm a class action attorney, and I had the time, I just might look into filing a case against this company in light of the huge number of complaints. But this company won't last and a lawsuit would be a waste of time. Just buy from somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

Looks great, seems intimidating to assemble but easy if you can follow instructions and are a bit handy, I had to cut the corners shelves to make it fit with a basic guide and circular saw I got it done really happy with the result!

Taxing to put together. Had help and very glad. Directions are okay with 2 heads. Pictures help. I do love it. I wood glued some joints Just because. Should have painted wall rail same color as wall but I do love the end result.
