Unfortunately, I had to return them because the heel was just a bit too high for my knee issue. If the heel had been lower, they would have been perfect. I hated to take them off! I love to wear mules because they can be worn with either a dressy or casual outfit. However, I have fairly high arches and searched for mules with support for my arches. I needed a grey color with a bit of a heel, so I ordered size 8.5 Easy Street Women's Mule. I like the attractive look, that they are made of faux leather that looks like real leather, and the 8.5 fits well. Unfortunately, I was disappointed the arch support was minimal. I can verify this with the photo I took of the right shoe, which shows there is hardly any support in the arch. I need more of a slope inside the left side of the shoe. Because of this, they are not comfortable for me to walk in and must unfortunately return them. ... show more

Also I return a pair that were a size 5 letting them know I needed a 5.5 they send me another pair the same size so now I am going to pay more then I did before but I do want them so I will pay the difference but please read the notes before sending the replacement next time some asked for a replacement thank you. ... show more
