This is a nice looking bat. The orange lettering over the black/gray pattern is eye catching in person. This is a one piece alloy bat. I know a lot of the high end bats are going composite and two piece, but I still prefer the look and feel of an alloy one piece bat, so this bat is down my alley. This bat is -8 but feels even lighter, while still being very controllable with a big pop. The grip tape feels slightly cushioned. It didn't bother me (they claim it's a feature), but something to consider if you like a really secure feel. It does help with vibration. Overall, this is a good bat from a reliable brand and it's reasonably priced compared to some of the options out there. Note: It almost goes without saying, but this bat is USSSA certified not BBCOR, so make sure the league you or your child is in isn't BBCOR.

Ordered the 30 inch with -10 drop. What a sweet looking bat and the ball jumps off of it. Very modern style and kid enjoys. Hasn't had any game use yet, ordered after the season ended this year, but batting P it is working great. Son loves the grip and the bat cuts through the air on the swing. Think it will get good use next spring. But so far so good.

I played baseball in high school and a little in college so speaking from my own experience this is a solid bat with great response. It feels to be the right overall weight, not too light or too heavy. The design of the head of the bat cuts through the air nicer than other bats I have owned. You end up with a bat that can crack a baseball across the field. If that wasn't enough the design and color pops making this not only highly functional but also modern-looking. These bats are USSSA certified and by classification a "big barrel" so be mindful of how you intend to use it and if it will be allowed by your league.

When I was young and played ball Easton always produced great gear, and that is no different today. Both of my boys now play baseball and my husband and I have stuck with the Easton brand since it is well known for being great quality, durable, and trusted. Unfortunately, as typical with kids, they outgrow their equipment really quickly and it was time to buy our oldest boy a new baseball bat. When I saw this new Easton bat I didn't even hesitate to request it. My son is over the moon excited and couldn't wait for practice that afternoon (he plays travel ball so they practice even in the off season) to show his teammates. Let me add that this bat is USSA certified so make sure whatever league your child plays in with allow this bat. Anyway, my son and his teammates ALL loved this bat!! It has a nice sweet spot with a chunky barrel that really makes the ball travel when good contact is made. I also heard no complaints about issues with vibration when they hit the ball. Very happy with this product and the trusted Easton name, and won't hesitate to continue purchasing products from this brand. I also highly and easily recommend this bat!!

I’ve used Easton products since I was a kid. Always good quality/value for the price. This bat is no different. Weight feels good for the size, barrel is nice and chunky with a classic knob handle. We’ve tried some other higher end bats with the “axe” type handle and we’re not fans. Aesthetically the design and colors are pretty slick. It’s too soon to determine the long-term durability, but being an Easton I’m not too concerned about it failing prematurely. *One important thing to note is that this bat is USSSA certified. Unless you plan on only using this for batting practice or pick-up baseball, make sure your child’s league allows bats with this certification.

This is a great quality bat. I've had several Easton bats over the years, and they have always been solid quality. This is an aluminum bat, but this isn't the same quality aluminum bat I had as a kid. It is lightweight and really easy to swing. The wide barrel can really deliver some good hits with its large, sweet spot. It doesn't rattle your hands too bad and it's comfortable to use. My son regularly practices with this bat and likes how it hits and feels. All in all, this is a great quality aluminum bat.
