Item arrived vacuum sealed just as other reviews stated. I opened up the package and the comforter immediately began to expand and fluffed up. As I do with all bedding, I did wash and dry the comforter before use just as the tag suggested. Comforter came out nice and soft and full. I purchased this for a spare bedroom King bed and bought it in a California king just to have a little extra length. The bed that this was put on is in front of a window and my dogs like to lay on the bed and look out during the day, so wanted something that would not get destroyed or the dog hair would not stick to. I went with a dark gray based on the color of my dogs to "blend" the hair in. I have had this on the bed now for a week. The extra length allowed me to tuck the comforter in at the top of the bed to protect my pillows. I did have dog hair on the comforter, but just took a vacuum to the top and the dog hair came right off and did not weave into the fabric as previous comforters have done. I cannot comment on the warmth, since it is a spare bedroom, but it is fluffy, very soft and so far works great for dogs that like to lay on it. No issues with washing and drying. I am now looking for another one for my other spare bedroom and would recommend it to others ... show more

I looked and looked for just the right duvet insert. I was replacing my almost 20yr old down comforter. I didn't like the fluffiness and to feathers were bothering me. I found this one and reading the various reviews made me wonder. I am glad I bought this. I have been using it for just around a month and so far no complaints. It fits into my duvet cover perfectly and it stays in place, I have not had to adjust it once. It's not big and fluffy and I prefer that. It lays on my bed just right and my mattress is 14in. I stay nice and warm, have only had to add my extra blanket twice to stay warm. I live in Minnesota and we do get cold, I even sleep with the window open a crack and still stay warm under it. There have been nights my room was cold but under this I was perfectly warm. I can snuggle under it and not feel like I will not get buried in fluffiness like my down comforter felt. This is just what I was looking for, we will see how I feel once the weather warms up. ... show more

I love my comforter. It’s so warm and living in MT (9 mo of winter!) is perfect! I have a queen bed but I got a king size and it just makes it so much more cozy!! I love scrunching up the edges and falling asleep in all that material. Like when you go to a hotel and you get that fresh temp of the sheets but cozy that you’re weirdly warm, you know? Well, that’s the feeling. It’s so big though that I have to take it to the laundry mat and use the super washer and dryer. But it’s worth it. Update: 1/31/23 The comforter actually has loops all around it. Highly suggest buying a duvet cover so you can protect it and only have to wash the cover and not the whole comforter 😌 ... show more

It says it’s all season but I am questioning how it’s going to be during the summer, I live in Vegas and summers are too hot! This comforter is vacuum packed with all the air sucked out of it. The box is heavy duty, no worries of it getting damaged in transit. When I opened it I put it in the dryer to fluff it up, but I made a big mistake. I put a dryer sheet in the dryer with it ( the comforter was not wet) and please do not do that with yours. The dryer sheet left marks on the comforter and I had a hard time trying to get them out. I love the comforter, it is nice and warm, and looks great on our bed. Glad I got it. ... show more

It’s a good blanket, it’s warm but not super heavy. The color is fantastic and actually the right color. However, I ordered a full size and it’s close, it’s just, well one giant square. Not even close to be shaped as a bed blanket, just a giant square. So it will literally not matter which way you put it, there is no top or bottom, nope. If it was actually shaped correctly then I would give it 5 stars, otherwise it’s a fine blanket. ... show more
