This toy seems great until you actually use it and realize when the balls hit the dinosaur's tongue, they dont go into his belly but instead they bounce back at you. This defeats the purpose of keeping score. However, shooting the balls out of the gun is so explosive and fun, we decided to forget about the dino and just shoot other things instead. The balls come out of the gun with force and the balls bounce off of everything so fast and furious that its just plain fun. We spend most of our time hunting down the balls that are small enough to get lost in tight spaces but that doesnt seem to hinder our fun. We like it but not for what you might think. We set up our own targets and shoot at them and dont bother with the dinosaur. The pop guns are the best part of this ensemble and the only reason we are keeping the toy.
