This is the second time I ordered this product. First time no problems. This time the box was crushed on one side and taped up. I was lucky that no product was ruined. You may want to think about using a different delivery service. This questions my next order.

I have been ordering BZK Towelettes for years, and this batch is basically dry. There is no visible moisture but there is some odor indicating the presence of a chemical in moisture.

So far these items are pretty much useless due to being dry, if I open 5 at lease 2 of them will be too dry to use so count on opening at least 6 of them and stacking to use for any kind of use.
