This came vacuum-packed in plastic within its outer cardboard box, so it's much bigger than you think when you first receive it. The fabric looks good and durable—the box was heavy even for the 20-22 ft version so there's some substance to it. It came with instructions and a list of pieces so you know what piece is for what purpose. These types of covers are always a pain in the neck to install but are necessary to protect your trailer especially if you live in areas that are prone to harsh cold winters. Installation on this one is similar to the last one we had. I can't speak to longevity yet as we're just winterizing our trailer, but will update after it's been outdoors for a while in some weather and I know better how it's holding up. So far it looks to be as good quality as the last cover we had (which we've used for 5 years now and probably could get a couple more years out of if we needed to). UPDATE: Our trailer is 20.5 feet measured. We got the 20-22 ft version and this cover barely fit lengthwise (it fit well in the width). We had a tough time getting it on it was so tight, in fact, we tore a tiny hole in it working it over the trailer (easily repaired with the provided repair material). We also did discover that there seems to be a front and back to this cover, we tried turning it around and although still tight, it seemed to fit quite a bit better. No front and back was marked on the cover so we've marked those sides ourselves with a permanent marker so we don't have this problem next year. I did like the zip up door locations; our last cover didn't have them in the right spot, but this one does. I'd probably purchase this cover again as I liked the material and features of it, but I'd definitely size up.

My wife and I just bought a used 18 ft. hybrid camper after upgrading from our pop-up (as one does) and learned how valuable having a cover is to maintaining the camper during the off-season if you can't store it indoors. Ourse sits on the north side of our house, so snow tends to sit for a while and this cover should help to minimize ice issues and avoid compromised seams. This is especially helpful with a hybrid since the ends aren't solid pieces and the weather stripping will age quickly without the cover. This cover has more of a waffle-patterned cloth feel versus the canvas feel of our pup camper's cover, but it deflects water well and covers it thoroughly. I don't know how well this cover will do with dirt and the inevitable snow dust that ends up on the roof, but since it's waterproof, I imagine a light scrubbing should do the trick when removing it for the camp season. I like that I can easily access the camper without having to take off the cover in the winter. We store a few camp gear items in our camper that sometimes I end up using for my son's scouts, so it's nice not having to remove much to get access. This was definitely a hassle with our pup. There are three panels that unzip so you should have access no matter where your door is located. Ours is conveniently just in front of the axles, so the center panel is our access point. The only panel that seems a bit inconvenient is the rear panel since that's the most logical place to have one of the straps. I love the accessories, too, if for nothing else than to look uniform and minimize weathering. We don't have an electric tongue jack, but I still use the cover to protect the mechanism and avoid rusting and wear. Three vents on each side of the cover guarantee you should have minimal moisture build-up and the side tension straps help to keep it all tight and secure. For the price and quality, this is a great investment to protect your camper for years to come! Pro Tip: If you have spots you know are sharper or rub a lot, Gorilla tape or other adhesive patches help to keep the cover from rubbing and tearing when the wind picks up.

NOTE: We got the 38'-40' size RV Cover, in case that's not automatically noted here. Be forewarned - this sucker weighs 50 pounds right out of the box! Recommend *at least* 2 people (and any neighborhood kids you can scrounge) to spend less than half a day on it. I mean, if you're old like we are, you'll need the help. :) This thing feels heavy duty. It easily covers our 35 foot motor home from front to back & top to bottom. The straps feed underneath to secure it from the wind, and the wheel covers just fit. The side flap is very handy on our old Apollo and it lines up well with our door for easy access. The fabric is described as having 5 layers, and if that's the case, it should prove to last a while. At this point, however, I have no way to vouch for its durability or longevity, and without that I cannot give it a full 5 stars. Brand new it seems good so far, so my top marks are 4 stars. If any issues or surprises come up over time, I'll be sure to come back here to update my review. In the meantime, just in case, we're well stocked up on duct tape! :)

I recently ordered this 27-30ft trailer cover to protect my Jayco for the winter, and so far, I'm impressed. The cover is heavy-duty, waterproof, and breathable, which is exactly what I need to keep my RV safe from harsh weather. It comes with clear instructions and all the pieces, including long straps and tire covers, which make it easier to secure. Installation was straightforward with two people, I climbed up, as my wife helped guide it over the top, and we just worked it back from there. The unique tightening system really helps hold the cover in place, even in windy conditions. Overall, this cover seems durable and well-made. If you’re looking for solid protection for your trailer, this is a great option.
