I was skeptical at first since I'm use to glossy paper. Then I tried this matted paper. I LOVE IT!!! The ink soaks right into the paper to where you can see the detail of the picture and there is no smearing!!! I'm a matte paper guy now!!!

    • Good Paper - But Know That Only One Side Prints Well
I bought this paper for making art prints and for the most part I like it. I wanted a matte paper that still printed vivid colors. I deducted a star because I wasted paper troubleshooting why some of my prints would print really faded and sometimes it would print really beautifully. Then I realized one side of the paper prints better than the other. I deducted a star because I feel there should be some sort of indication on the packaging to know what side of the paper to print on. Once I figured out which way to put the paper in my printer, I wrote a note on the cardboard insert that comes in the packaging to help me remember. I think a simple line on one of the cardboard inserts saying 'print on this side of paper' would be extremely helpful. ... show more

    • Not true colors
I thought maybe I got a bad batch and risked replacing the paper again. But it came out the same. Printing was dark, it looked funny, the people didn’t look real in the photo. And sort of smudgy. I tried both sides of the paper thinking maybe one side was better than the other but neither side was good. I guess I’ll stick to glossy prints. They come out better. ... show more
