I have a '92 Suburban and is taller with roof rack than the advertised height but it still fully wraps the vehicle and the running boards. Here in the rainy northwest it has done the job well. I have removed it and not found any significant condensation between the cover and vehicle. Do be careful as it will tear as they note if you catch and pull. I incurred a small tear in a low spot without any use effect but that is exactly how it occurred so just be gently and bunch it up then pull over the vehicle. I used a single bungee cord to pull the middle grommets together under the vehicle center. No need to on the ones near the front and rear wheels. ... show more

Great, durable cover, easy to use.
I was looking for a car cover, because my new apartment includes outdoor parking, and I am parked right under a tree. I only drive on the weekends and to get groceries, so I wanted to protect my car from the leaves, pollen, sticks, birds, and other outdoor elements. This cover works really well for my 2014 Jeep Patriot, and it could definitely fit a bigger car, as there is still some room, even with my ski rack. It is pretty easy to remove and put on, even if you are by yourself and not tall (I'm 5'2" and do it by myself often.) It comes with string so you can tie it down, but I bought bungee cords because I thought they'd hold up better than the string. The cover has 2 holes in the front and two in the back for the cords. It does not have a hole for the antenna, but mine comes off so it isn't a problem. It does come with instructions on how to cut a hole, though, if you have to. It protects my car in all weather, and as long as I have it tied down, it does not come off in strong winds. The material seems to be great quality, and I am not worried about it ripping or scratching my car. I don't have anywhere to store the cover when not in use, so I roll it up into a ball in my trunk, however it does come with a bag. I just don't have the patience to try and fold it up nicely to squeeze it into the bag. I would definitely recommend this cover! ... show more

Perfect fit for '14 RDX
Lightweight cover that fits snugly on my Acura RDX. Seals out rain pretty well. In fact, it beads up nicely. Already rained a couple times since its first use three weeks ago. The stripes help me line it up to install, although it includes sewn-in tags that label front and rear. Seems to only weigh a few pounds. Wondering about fabric durability and longevity. Mainly bought to keep the hot SoCal sun off my car. For $67 delivered, if it lasts twelve months I will be happy. Follow-up to my review five months ago. If you pull too hard along the seams, the cover will separate along those seams. For me, this occurs mostly at the front, where it fits more snugly. This separation was easy to repair with Gorilla glue. In fact, it resulted in a stronger cover and has not ripped since! When you look closely at these seams, it appears sewn when in fact the mfr connected with a wimpy glue. It looks like this one will last me until May, making it twelve months. I will likely buy the same brand, due to the light weight and the nice fit and the way the stripes help line up placement on my vehicle. I am tempted to immediately separate and gorilla glue those front seams! Important to keep in mind that (in my region) all covers made from this material will only last about one year, before beginning to deteriorate. ... show more

Great Cover For 2008 Santa Fe! But Remove The Roof Antenna First.
The quality of this cover was better than I excpected! And using Amazon's recommendation, it fits the 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe perfectly, even though I wasn't sure it would match the vehicle dimensions. I'd definitely buy this cover again. I will say, however, that if your vehicle has an antenna on the roof, it's a good idea to remove it. The weight of the cover flattened the antenna against the roof, fracturing the casing around the antenna. It's a cheap fix, but now I know better. ... show more

Hard to put on the vehicle

Update: After rigging so it was easier to put on and didn't blow off it stayed on the Bronco for 6 months. After that time the paint was damaged in several places. The cover is not porous and it was hard to dry out and clean. As a result it was a little wet when I put it on. I would not recommend to use for more than a short period or in wet climates. I tried this twice and it blew off in storms. I used clothesline rope to tie it down. I was in a diffcult and rushed situation both times and couldn't get the rope under the car. The third time I used the small ropes that came with it, which I hadn't seen before. I tied the strings to the grommets on one side, and heavy nuts to other end of string so I could throw the string under the car and tied to grommets on other side. So I was able to have one string in front, one in rear, and one in middle of the car. Time will tell if this works. I actually thought the tarp was somewhat porous, but its not. the car was wet when I out it on last time and with some dirt in various places from where it blew off before. Best Car cover on Amazon, backed by the best warranty on Amazon. Duck Car Covers are built to last, using superior quality craftsmanship and materials. Make sure you purchase shipped and sold from Amazon, otherwise you might be getting 2nd or 3rd rate products. Instead of using the supplied rope to secure the cover, I purchased some tent stakes and placed on at each eye (6 total) I then feed the zip ties through the eyes and attached them to the hook on the stake, tightening the zip ties as needed. You have to use common sense and not over tighten the ties to the stakes, you want it to fit snug. Highly recommend this SUV cover, hands down the best cover I've ever purchased from Amazon. For me, there's Duck brand covers and then theres everyone else. Better than nothing

This is not waterproof, but it keeps the bird droppings, tree sap out. Some dust will seep through. Pulling the cover over a 2011 Ford E350 extended body van is not easy. You need to either use a ladder or pull it over the van from the ground. The seams sometimes will rip if you use the latter method. But putting a ladder against the van might put dents in the sheet metal. Ideally you get two people to do this. Fits my 2014 Ford Explorer great. The rear antenna will be bent down though, so either reinforce it somehow with something that won’t puncture the cover, or remove it. Otherwise it will make your antenna bend down and it may not return to it’s original state if stored for an extended period of time. The cover is very well made and strong, I left it outside in the Florida sun and rain for 3 weeks while I was out of the country. I will continue to use this cover. The only thing I will do different the next time I use it is buy some small bungee cords to secure it. That will make it much quicker and easier than the slippery nylon rope provided. Bungees will easily attach as there are several metal eyelets around the edges of the cover much as you would see in a tarp. ... show more
