This is a great bubble wrap, durable (not that thin stuff that breaks when you try to tear off a sheet) which tears off smoothly (by the way) and is perfect for wrapping up delicate, fragile items. I love this brand and it is So worth the money. I saved money by not having to use twice as much with the cheaper brand. It arrived faster than I thought it would, before the due date, and I love it. I looked at purchasing some of the cheaper stuff and then remembered the problems I had with cheaper bubble wrap before...just not worth settling for less. I used this for long term storage of items but also because I sell items that are fragile and I need to be sure they arrive to the buyer in perfect condition. This bubble wrap is great.

As someone who has moved many times in my life, I have to say that this is the way to purchase bubble wrap. It is so much more cost effective than buying it locally and - bonus - I had a HUGE box for additional packing! It worked perfect for my toaster oven with room to spare! This made it so easy to just reel off the wrap, and rip it off with the perforations at whatever length was needed. I saved all of the bubble wrap for my next move and thought it's disappointing that I'll be re-using the sheets since it was so easy to use it straight off the roll but I couldn't justify throwing all of it away when I move as frequently as I do so I saved all of it for my next move in the interest of recycling. I know there are more earth-friendly packaging materials, but nothing works as great as bubble wrap at protecting my sentimental pieces.

At $15.27 currently, this represents about $1.72-$2.72 savings from when I purchased the Staples brand product in person. Plus it's kind of funny have to have bubble wrap delivered to you. What is it protecting on that journey, a cardboard tube? Must be the most valuable cardboard tube in the world to have 150 feet of bubblewrap protecting it. One cardboard tube to rule them all. Don't know if I'm paying extra for the "duck brand", nor do I know what the means. But none of my expensive artwork (Philyosister's paintings, New York Giants Sports Illustrated Covers, Eli Manning autographed seatbacks - you know, all the stuff you find in the Met) was damaged during my recent apartment move. Oh and as the title says, Mrs. Philyodaddy loves when I pop these for days. She doesn't find it irritating at all. Just last night she said "This behavior makes me question everything". POP! Profound thoughts coming up next. Pop! I don't think she likes it quite as much as when I force her to watch the original Star Wars trilogy, but I mean, how could she? Anyway, good quality bubbz

I picked up this huge box at the Post Office- but it was as light as a feather. I order dozens of products on Amazon each month- and I couldn't remember what in the world I'd ordered that was so big, yet so light. I literally thought it was a box of air that Amazon had mistakenly sent. When I opened it up I was reminded that I ordered the biggest roll of bubble wrap I'd ever seen in my life. I make and sell crafts online and although my items are fairly durable I like to package extra-carefully. Bubble wrap is the best way to do this- and this particular bubble wrap by Duck is the best I've ever used. This roll has lasted me a month- and I still have much more bubble wrap to use! I sell small items, so it doesn't take a lot for me to package each thing. The roll is easy to unravel and light-weight so it's not too hard to store away on a top shelf. The 'bubbles' themselves are very small. The wrap is thick and durable- so it doesn't easily pop. It would take a lot of pressure to pop these bubbles and I never have to worry about my items breaking by having something heavy set on top of them. This bubble wrap easily protects anything- and does so very efficiently. My only issue is that it's not as eco-friendly as paper. This plastic material takes years to break down- and my guilt complex is telling me to simply order craft paper next time (and use that to package my products). With that being said, for items like glass, porcelain, and other easily breakable products- bubble wrap can't be beat. This wrap was affordable and you get a lot for the price you pay. I opened up the package and all of the kids in the house instantaneously freaked out- because "DUDE- SO MUCH BUBBLE WRAP! Can we pop it? Can we just have a piece? Can we pop it please?" We did. We rolled out a big piece on the floor and popped it. It was awesome, and I'd probably buy a whole roll of this stuff just to stomp on when I'm mad- because you just can't be mad smashing bubble wrap. Overall- great product. Would I buy it again? Yes- for very fragile items. But, I think from now on, for my not-so-fragile items, I'll stick to craft paper merely for the environmentally-friendly aspect of it. In terms of bubble wrap though- Duck brand can't be beat.
