I purchased this road flare for my daughter to keep in her car. She commutes an hour each way to college and I like the idea of her being as prepared as possible. The flare has some really good features. It has a glass breaker and seat belt cutter. The flare also has very strong magnets on the back so that it can be mounted to the outside of a car. It has two chargers and can be charged in a car outlet, with the power adapter or with the USB cord. The flare turns on easily with a simple on/off button. It also has a rubberized protective outer skin. My favorite feature of the flare is the six different settings. It can remain with a solid white light, a solid red light, or four different flashing options. This really is the coolest flare that I have ever seen. I bought one of these years ago at American Science and Supply for $5.00 .I never really used it and didn't use it.I pulled it out and recorded a song using it as a spare.It beat the pants than my Electro Voice PL24S ot the PL 84.I never recorded with this and didn't appreciate it (it was cheap)....till now.These were all over the place cheap(still a super bargain)but looking all over the web there are hardly any left these days.So I bought 3 just now and have 4 total.I replaced all my microphones with these.I have a spare now just in case I cannot get any more.This is a FANTASTIC microphone. ... show more
