  • Two great reasons to buy this drone
Color: Ocean Blue
First I live in an area full of airports, public, private, and international. To fly my two larger gps drones I have to travel a long way. Because of this I own 8 at last count mini "kids" drones. They all fly differently. They allow me to fine tune my flying skills legally indoors. Why I am keeping this one. Characteristics: * It is like flying a brick compared to every other drone I own, I have smaller drones, like Holyton HT02, to DJI Mavic. * If the entire drone unfolded will fit on a grown man's hand, DO NOT THINK ABOUT FLYING IT OUTSIDE! * The fact the drone fits in the controller is a NOVELTY. If your child takes this drone with them they still need the charging cable which will not fit in controller, so chances of that cable getting lost or damaged are high. * Frustration, I do fly this drone, keep in mind after my short 8 minute maybe flight, I can let the battery cool down so I get maximum lifespan out of the battery, then plug it in and change it back up. WHILE I fly my other drones. Flying 8 minutes, stopping for 45 minutes to charge for another 8 minute flight would make me nuts or more likely move on to something else. I could go on, but you get the idea. WHY I'M KEEPING IT AND PRACTICE WITH IT. * I said the drone fitting into the controller is a NOVELTY, I have taken this to a party, take a quick video from the drone, you only have about 5 minutes or so recording and flying. Then show video. Good for about 15 minutes of entertainment flying and showing video. It's interesting to show the technology to people who have never seen a drone fly up close. MAIN REASON I KEEP AND FLY THIS DRONE, PRACTICE. * You have two "sticks" on a drone controller. The left one controls the "yaw" the rotation of the drone on it's axis and power, vertical movement up and down. The right one controls "pitch" this causes the drone to go forward, backward, and any direction in-between. * The flight characteristics of this drone are such that the "yaw", the ability to rotate, is so unresponsive compared to the "pitch" it forces you to make flight corrections using pitch at all different angles to keep from crashing into the wall. On one other of my drones if you are heading for a wall you can quickly rotate, punch the pitch forward and you're fine. On this drone you'll try to rotate and smash into the wall. It forces you to use your pitch control in a much more advanced way. I have learned to use my pitch in ways I would never done otherwise. Would I buy this as a first drone - NO Would I buy this for a child - definitely not, * Hard to control compared to any other drone I've ever used. * NO PROP GUARDS!!!!!!!!!!!!! * Short battery run time. Would I buy it again, maybe, for the NOVELTY, and learning to fly in new and advanced ways, otherwise no way. ... show more

  • The Pros, Cons and Oks for X-Pack 3 Drone (HR).
Color: Blue 20Mins
Pros:__________ • For the cost, the built quality is really good. Nothing broke off so far after crashing it so many times. This drone can take a hit. • Good packaging, pretty cool graphic design on the box itself. • The remote control is very useful. It has several buttons from takeoffs to landing. I love that these options are right in front of you. You don’t need to dig around looking at how to land, button is right there. • Rechargeable batteries, thank you very much. They charged quickly and I had no issues installing it back into the drone. • Comes with AAA batteries for the remote control. Once you open it, you can use it right away (no additional costs/services). • The size is small and convenient. It’s not heavy, folds into itself, and any kid can pick it up with one hand. I’ve put it in a closed bag, threw it in a car, opened it up an hour later and saw no damage. • An excellent choice for a beginner. I’m not one, but for those who want to put their feet in this drone world, an excellent choice. Cons and Oks:__________ • You don’t get a battery charging indicator. It would be nice to know when it’s charging and when it’s done. • The phone clip on the remote isn’t the best in town for larger phones. I used an iPhone 12pro Max and it was hanging by a thread. I found tape is the answer if you want to run with it. It would be pretty stable if you stay in one place when using the remote. • Camera photo quality isn’t the best around. But remember, with the price how can you complain? This is a beginner drone layout, so don’t assume the camera is going to be of the same quality as the ones on YouTube. • There were some connection issues with the drone and my phone. It has happened enough times to report it. My belief is the connection with distance. • No GPS, this is a warning for those who want to use this outside. Since the connection isn’t super strong, if you go too far, you will lose it. • AAA batteries are needed for the remote control. It’s cool that they give you the batteries, but why not make the remote rechargeable like the drone? • I want to emphasize again, beware of the outside. Took it out of my front yard, it worked fine. The drone flew a little too high and a medium breeze swept it away (took 30 minutes to find it again.). The drone is very light so it’s a pro to carry it but will not withstand medium weather wind. • There is a learning curve with this drone. I crashed it probably hundreds of times before getting used to the sensitivity. Let anyone know that it will not be easy on their first try. Bottom Line:__________ It’s a beginner drone. You buy this if you’re new and want to see if this is something worth investing $300-$800 in. You also buy this for kids because they'll absolutely love it. Very light, simple, and anyone can use it with their phone. I had a great time playing around with it in my house. I can see this for realtors to be interested in this type as the camera is good enough to do house reviews inside, without paying the big bucks. I will say that as much as this drone is convenient, it’s an “inside drone.” With no GPS and a light model design, outside weather can take it away from you. The connection starts to get funky if you start taking the drone outside. If you lose connection, it’s pretty hard to find it, from my experience. Overall: A startup drone for anyone wanting to get into the drone world, but still a great gift for any kid of any age. Hope I was a help to you. Love, Honest Reviewer. ... show more

  • Still trying to figure it out
Color: Antidirty White
I'm not tech savy but when my daughter said she wanted one I chose this one since it said it was easy. I'm sure it's one of the easier ones, but 5 months later I'm still trying to figure it out. Good side: we haven't given up yet!

  • The battery 👎🏽
Color: Pale Orange
I got this for my son for his 6th birthday. It’s nice and small. It’s stood up to flying into walls, stairs, and being abused so it seems sturdy so far. The controls are easy to understand and he’s figured them out after 2ish days. The only problem thus far is after charging overnight the battery only lasts 10/15 minutes. That’s been very frustrating for myself and for my son. I’m trying to figure out if I need to return it. ... show more

  • Sub-par beginner drone
Color: Blue 20Mins
This drone came with two batteries. Out of the box, neither of them kept the drone in the air for more than a couple of seconds. After a few discharges and charges, one of the batteries actually keeps the drone in the air for about 10-15 minutes which is in line with my expectations. The other battery gets the drone off the ground before it goes to land almost instantly. So at least it comes with two batteries so you have a chance of at least one working. The biggest problem I have with the drone is that it drifts to the left making learning to control it very difficult because you have to constantly push it to the right a little and when you're moving around, it can make maneuvering a real challenge, especially indoors. If there was a way to trim out the drift then that would be resolvable but there does not appear to be a trim function on this machine at all. The camera is fairly cheap, and the app works but trying to control it watching the camera with the drift issue makes it pretty futile to use. So, a very frustrating experience. I can't even give it much credit for the price as I have used similarly priced drones that didn't have these issues. I would not recommend this drone because of both the battery and drift issues but mostly the latter. There are certainly better options at this price point. ... show more

  • Not very rugged, and can't get parts for it.
Everything seems to work. The controls on the controller work fine. The camera works fine. The controls on the phone app work too, although I can't tell how good. My family doesn't want to let me fly it inside. Every time I go out to fly it here in Colorado the wind wants to take it away, and I have to fight it with the controls. The phone controls don't seem to work good enough for me to control it outside. The second time I flew it outside I noticed too late that one of the propeller guards came off. I looked around for it, but couldn't find it. Then I looked on the Attop Site. They offer batteries, and chargers, and that's it. Just another note about the part problem, I just noticed I only have one leg that's still not broken of four. And now I just noticed that one of the propellers isn't turning, and I can't control it any more at all. I enrolled in the extended warranty program they offered so asked them what they could do for me. The first thing they asked was whether it had been damaged. If I had replied I would have had to say yes. It is so small you can't work on it without super small tools, so I tossed it in the trash. You have to be very careful with it for it to last. Fun while it lasted though. ... show more

  • Neat little drone
Color: Antidirty White
It's not nearly as easy to start using as I thought it would be. Took awhile to figure out the installation since none of us read Chinese... however it is ok once you take several hours to figure it out. Flying it isn't too bad but the footage isn't great. Very grainy.
