Drone itself works fine, easy enough my 8 year old can fly it. The app is very sketchy (connects through WiFi network). Second time charging and the cord caught on fire. Literally.

It flies. Batteries last about 10-15min but you can only do flips for the 1st 2min before it blocks that function. Doesn't turn off when you try to power off during a crash or to avoid a crash.

The first drone I received had an issue where it wouldn’t even stay up and flying if it went more than about 50 feet away or it would just disconnect and not follow the remotes controls. After that, I was able to get in contact with the owner/manufacturer of the drone who was very kind and attentive. They sent me out another drone for free, which was a lot better than the previous one and I’m able to fly it at a good distance without it spinning out or only following bare minimum controls. Although it obviously won’t perform as good as a $300 drone, it’s fun to use and that was the main purpose of me getting this drone. ... show more

I got this hoping my kids could enjoy it. While it was fun the remote is very difficult to use and the features are super annoying. The app didn’t work at all so we couldn’t test the camera. Our first flight it wouldn’t go high enough and then eventually shot up out of nowhere and landed on the roof. After it crashes you have to recalibrate everytime so we had to fetch it constantly. It's great for the cost! I would say it's great for a kids toy. The thing isn't enthusiast grade, but it works very well once you followed the instructions from other reviews. I personally had no issues getting it set up. Came with two batteries, which was surprising.

I have experience with drones and it is the first time I have a drone that gets out of control. I was testing it for the first time and the first issues had to do with the camera, it was not working properly and the image reflected on the phone was so light that I couldn't see much. After 20 minutes the drone got out of control and dissappeared, it was not responding to my instructions, very disappointing, never again. ... show more
