Currently studying for my commercial drone license and part 107 certification and this book has been tremendously helpful... I was looking for a good study guide / resource as it's seems a little complicated and technical but everything laid out in the book is really well done and easy to comprehend. I also found the additional bonuses/resources referred to in the book incredibly useful and surprising for some of the necessary steps you need to take that I never thought about (IE having to actually submit the exam to the FAA manually once you pass... would have thought they did this for you)! Very impressed and would recommend to anyone looking to learn how to get their drone pilot license. ... show more

Right off the bat, the link for FAA testing centers turned up dead, but, that aside, this is an overall useful source with a variety of resources one can access online. Information is straightforward, and anyone with a PPL (or above) should find the content familiar. It would be a good idea to post an actual sample METAR and decode it...same thing with a sectional (DC area for its complexity). All-in-all the information is presented in a plain spoken fashion; not intimidating at all. I recommend this resource. ... show more
