It's made for the average size woman, not a petite person like me. 5'2" I am wearing a sparkly wedding belt with it for my casual second marriage. I ordered a medium, but I really am in between in sizes. A small might be too small. For reference my measurements are bust 35.5". waist 28" and hips 37" and I weigh 119.
